Walked in, invited to sit on a sofa and it was perfect for us. Lovely helpful lady suggested that we try others but advised that no other had all the same features so decision made. Shown multiple different colours available so was able to choose one that suited our requirements.

The salesman was very patient while I chose the colour and handled my purchase professionally.

Hello. Saturday 2nd May. Mansfield branch. Your sales person Chris was excellent. He made it very easy for us to look at your product and explained all the options. You need to give him a raise so he can buy more Pokemon.
