On time and good communication

The boys who delivered the couch and chair were very helpful ,Just like the staff in the shop where we got it from.It arrived on time ,everything was perfect and you delivery boys were so polite and friendly.Thankyou.

The entire experience has been excellent. Can't fault it.
The showroom staff were brilliant and so helpful.
We needed the sofa to be taken upstairs and it was an incredibly difficult manoeuvre especially as it was about 120kg.
But the two guys were absolutely brilliant and so considerate, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Overall it was an outstanding experience.

There was no pressure in selling and the advice was useful and constructive from staff who knew the products well. The products had plenty of flexibility in colours and composition, which suited our needs.

I have no complaints very happy with the service

The minute I walked into the Store I was led to Paul from his colleague, and Paul and I went through all my requirements as regards to the Colour I want and the measurements I gave him. I was unsure about what kind of Sofas I wanted, but after talking to Paul and being shown a Corner Sofa Unit which was within the size I wanted and choosing my colour and fabric, I went ahead and purchased it.

Extremely friendly and knowledgable member of staff - and no pressure! Beautiful selection , clean shop which also smells nice!

Sofas arrived and I reckon they are the wrong colour.I have submitted an after delivery form awaiting response.
Despite spending over £4000 on my suites the shop were unable to give me a material sample to allow me to decorate and carpet my living room to match the sofas.
Delivery was fine.

The men were quick and fast and did not damage anything , they were helpful polite and knew what they were doing...careful and respectful with a positive attitude.

Delivery guys delivered the sofa with minimal fuss.

It was very friendly and professional, I was looked after by the salesman throughout my visit.
The only one thing I would suggest is they have a coffee machine on site, I would assume for the customer so it would be a nice touch to offer coffees to them, I had to ask both times I visited, but as i said it was a very pleasant experience and I did purchase a sofa and chair.

Paul was extremely helpful and attentive.he was very infomative and knowledgeable about all the products we viewed.

I am absolutely disappointed with the delivery experience I’ve had. I originally received a text confirming that my order would be delivered on 4th August, so I arranged annual leave from work specifically to be home for it. Then, out of nowhere, I received another message saying the delivery had been moved to 11th August.

I wasn’t able to take another annual leave day, so I phoned the delivery company for help — and the person I spoke to was shockingly rude. I was told they had no Monday or Saturday delivery slots for the entire month of August, which already seems unreasonable. When I asked if September was possible, I was told that wasn’t an option either.

At this point, I genuinely don’t know what they expect customers to do. I’ve already lost a day of annual leave, I’ve tried to be flexible, and I’ve been met with zero solutions and an unprofessional attitude. This has been one of the most frustrating delivery experiences I’ve ever had.
