If i could have left a Zero Star rating…

If i could have left a Zero Star rating I would off.
On eof teh worst customer experiences I have ever had to deal with and what it has taught me is NEVER TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM Poltronsofa agaain.
Now the in store experience was good and I cant fault them but its the delivery service that completely let this down. Starting ith being told I needed to explain myself and why and couldn't take the original delivery slot and then being refused an alternate date. Finally agreeing that anytime after 2 would be ok as i would be home. NONE of these messages were acted upon or sent to the delivery depot as confirmed by teh depot manager. Every time you call the number you select cal me back and its around 2 hours later.
And then the call operator cuts you off and doesn't bother to call you back so its once again call the number and wait to be called back. Then when asking to speak to a customer services manager being refused again and then told it would be close to another 2 months before they could deliver the sofa. I ended up going back to store ready to cancel my order as I had had enough of the really poor service and thsi is not a one off it was every time I called. Thankfully the store manager in the space of less than 5 mins sorted it out and re-arranged delivery.

BUT I WILL STILLNEVER USE THE SCS / Poltronesofa again

We understand how frustrating it must have been to repeatedly chase updates and experience long call back times with also not having your delivery preferences communicated correctly. The delivery was early so all good…

The delivery was early so all good there , the delivery drivers kept me informed of the expected time , they were really good with the delivery to my chosen room , unpacked it and were very pleasant and easy to talk to.
The only thing that stopped it being a 5 star is they forgot to leave the cleaning pack. The store is sending one out to correct this so problem solved soi suppose its really a 4.5 star rating .

Good overall experience.

The purchasing process was good. The waiting time before delivery was excessive. The delivery of the sofa was carried out by delivery operatives in an efficient and careful manner.

As our sofas are made to order by our manufacturers, each piece is handcrafted specifically for our customers rather than being held in stock. While this can mean a longer lead time, it allows us to provide furniture that is made to your chosen specification and quality standards.

On line very disappointing service my order was not coming so I went into Poulton shop and the service was amazing I would give them 5 stars

Hannah in Chester was thoroughly professional from start to finish. Very knowledgeable about her products, a very relaxed style of selling, she asked lots of questions without being over bearing. It is clear from our experience that she enjoys her role and dealing with customers. She is a credit to the business as are the rest of the team. We look forward to receiving our sofas. We had the previous day spent some time at a competitor and were actually returning to make a purchase. So glad we detoured into Poltron. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. Jayne & Huw

Chester store …

Delivery staff were quick

Excellent customer service. The staff were very welcoming, polite, helpful and not overbearing. The store was well set out with enough room to experience the furniture fully.
