Visited the store with a rough idea of what we were looking for. So much to choose from, however store assistant George was Brilliant and assisted us on finding our leather sofa and riser recliner.
George was highly professional and knowledgeable which helped us with our purchase.

Overall a good experience
Had to wait a fair time for delivery. Not unusual with furniture companies .
I was under the impression these sofas (Poltronesofa) came from Italy - however the wording is Italian inspired. So not made in Italy .
Delivery was cancelled once .
Foot stool delivery ( the guys had a two seater sofa on their delivery note). So I had to stop them unpacking this any further - and they located the foot stool in the van . Although they said the sofa was down to be delivered to me . Strange 🤔
Time will tell how the furniture wears but we did invest in insurance.

Great service really nice friendly knowledgeable salesmen no pressure was put on us to buy sofas felt comfortable in the store. Looking forward to getting our 3 sofas though we don't get them till December

Sofa delivered to the chosen address on time as planned. Delivery personnel very approachable and helpful.

The store was well laid out . The staff member was very helpful explaining the different combinations of furniture. Wgen we went back in the evening for another look it was good to be served by the sane perdon whi knew what we wsnted. The choice was made and we got a full explsnation of the nect steps until delivery. The furniture looks solid, well made snd comfortable. I cant wait to get it! Thank you for the good servuce we received.

Shannon was so helpful, followed up the visit with an email and let me know the sofa was reduced in the sale.
Ordered the sofas and applying for interested free credit was quick and easy with Shannon doing it all & explaining each step.
Only 5 weeks to wait for the sofas.

Delivery was confirmed between 7 and 12. On the morning my daughter (different phone number) received 4 calls and a text message, starting from 6am. The delivery team rang my door bell at 6:30. I said to them they were early and shouldn’t be here until 7am and they replied that they would have waited. Unsure why they rang the doorbell then?
The setting up of the sofa was fine just the delivery times

I'm not enjoying my new sofa as I thought I would and have looked forward to receiving them. It is not as comfortable as expected and the surface leather is slippery making you slide down.
Secondly, I had to complaint and regularly check to know the status of my order.
Overall, I have a sour mouth taste.

From start to finish perfection.
Having placed the order we were concerned if the new sofas would fit through the door.
On delivery day John and Josh did get both sofas through the door. They were friendly and professional in installed the new sofas.
No problems at all with delivery or installation.
We love the new sofas and the after sales service has been good so far.

Have been looking for a sofa for.weeks ,visited the store at basildon, a lovely young lady helped me find a sofa that was right for what I wanted ,young lady's name was Lucy may ,customer service was fantastic, no rushing , was patient and listened to everything I was saying would 100% recommend this store .thankyou Lucy may .

The whole service end to end from purchase to delivery was great.
The only suggestion for improvement would be, when you have scheduled delivery of sofa (a bolt out of the blue!), pls do a courtesy call in addition to just a text message as you limit the customer's opportunity to be able to change it within a 48hr window!
