I have used Scrip Hessco for several…
I have used Scrip Hessco for several years, and they did an OK job (not great). I would get my items promptly, but the prices were high. Also, Scrip uses really random shippers you have never heard of (they use UDS, which have you heard of? I didn't think so). It makes tracking the shipments a problem.
The straw that broke the camels back was I had bought a case of topicals for resell. I sold one to a patient and they complained the product seemed too thick- I agreed and refunded the patient. I checked the product I had left and it was nearing its expiration date in about 2 months. I contacted Scrip asking for an exchange or refund, and they refused! They had the audacity to argue that since it was within 2 months of its expiration date, they would go ahead and consider it expired. Excuse me??
A product should be at peak quality UP UNTIL the expiration date, not 2 months before hand.
Check the other reviews on Google. Avoid Scrip Hessco.
