Told on the phone and by email there would be no haggling - guy turned up to collect van, checks under the van for catalyc converter says "na mate it's fitted after market" and offers 40 pound less

When given the quote I was told by Sam…
When given the quote I was told by Sam (?) that it was 50/50 if the car could be picked up the next day. That's what swung it for me. Once through to the scrap company they told me that I shouldn't have been advised anything on collection and it wouldn't be until the following week. All of this costs more as I have to keep the car insured prior to collection.
