Promised phone call didn't materialise. Waste of my time and effort.

We had various ways of obtaining a Visa for China ,but seemed very confusing so contacted these guys.
Minder has sorted everything absolutely brilliantly and therefore can highly recommend him knowing he will look after you.

I tried several visa companies when applying for my Tajikistan visa but they rejected my need for help. But Scotts was most helpful and very patient to my nativity on the visa process and guided me through each time my application got rejected . I would never hesitate to use them if I need to apply for a visa again and highly recommended them , my visa consultant Robert was excellent.

Waseem helped me with my NL application and he was fantastic from beginning to end. Even before we had officially instructed him, he was helpful, super responsive and solution-oriented. Once instructed, it was immediately clear that I was in good hands. I felt bad emailing him with questions on a weekend but he didn't make me wait long at all for answers. Thanks to him, I finally got a Schengen visa appointment and was granted a visa in good time before our planned Netherlands trip. Also, I had a couple of follow-up queries after I got my visa and Waseem continued to guide me.

Never have I ever experienced such an amazing service that Mr. Waseem Aslam provided me.
I started with a simple query on their email and even before I made any payment towards Scott’s Visa services, he helped with the minutest details that could guide me towards a fluid visa application process. He’d said “I’ll be at hand up until you walk through the door for the appointment” and that wasn’t an overselling. Even inside the embassy I didn’t have to struggle to get through the premium appointment queue. Highly recommended for guided and expedited visa applications.

I rang up in order to get advice about a US Visa and i have to say even though i didn't use the service as i had to get it really quickly - Minder was amazing and the customer service was expectational as they really took the time to advise me with every step, as well as listen and guide me with my concerns as i was in a panic - which i really appreciated

Im sure if i ever need their services in the future i won't hesitate to contact them and was say to anyone looking do use them as you won't be disappointed.

Dealt with Roberrt at Scott’s. Excellent customer service, very attentive, Robert always calls me back straight away. Robert applied for visa Thursday afternoon; received approved visa 2 days later.
