Patient operator
The phone connection went through quite quickly (unlike many other firms) and your operator was patient with me on a slightly dodgy phone line. I was reassured about an ISA problem and guided through the solution to it successfully - including staying on line while I sorted out all that I needed to at my end.

I applied online via the Scottish Widows app to open my savings account and found it to be straightforward and easy to use. For security purposes I just needed to approve the monthly payments to leave my bank account and then it was good to go.

The call handlers are possibly the nicest to liase with above other pension providers
The customer service from staff really is 5 star. Thoroughly explain with attention to detail. They do have to follow a detailed script in regards to products but do so professionally whilst not sounding robotic. Everyone I've spoken to are so polite and genuinely make you feel at ease.
