Lots of choice from this company's online catalogue, our ceiling and wall lights were delivered promptly, and when we found that two small parts were missing from the order, one phone call to Scotlight Direct resulted in an apology and the parts arriving shortly afterward in the post. Very impressed with the quality of our lights which were very reasonably priced, and with the Customer Service, which was first class.

I recently ordered matching lights which were delivered well packaged and quickly. They look great and exactly as described. But the lampshade clamp was missing. Called Scotlight up and they couldn't have been more helpful. Clamp now arrived and all set. Excellent service!

Ordered 2 large chandeliers. By far cheapest on the internet. Chandeliers were delayed for numerous reasons but communication was good throughout. Delivery was fast, efficient and items arrived in good condition. Would highly recommend

Bought pair of touch lights from this company in February during lockdown. Prompt delivery.
Unfortunately, towards end of April, one of the lights became faulty, no longer working to touch, but did switch on. Company were very good and have promptly replaced the said item issuing email with attached returns paid label as well. Their customer service was faultless with excellent liaison. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I purchased a lamp from here in December - initially it was out of stock (October 2020) but they assured me they would get it for me prior to Christmas. I was kept up to date throughout until it eventually arrived on 18th December.

I since had a problem with regard a lamp shade for the said lamp and the service I received couldnt have been any better - very caring, helpful and reassuring.

I will definitely buy from this supplier again and highly recommend that others do too.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I am absolutely delighted with my lights, thank you.

I’ve used this company for many years and found them great for lighting you just can’t find anywhere else and at great prices. This time unfortunately my lights didn’t arrive when expected,but when I contacted the company they explained because of the current situation with the pandemic things where a little delayed. They went out of their way to make sure I got my lights and the customer service was exceptional. Great lights, great customer service will definitely use this company again.

Placed an order for a bronze 630 mm wide LED picture light. Unfortunately, the courier delivered the light to the wrong address. Scotlight were prominent in ensuring the light was redelivery to the correct address (the customer getting nowhere) and even provided a discount for the inconvenience.
Having previously trawled the Internet, the Scotlight light was identified as being £40 cheaper for the same light from competitors.
The overall picture light quality was excellent and a further two additional units were ordered straightaway.
Scotlight kindly offered a further discount to the already reduced website price. Notwithstanding the excellent purchase prices, the whole shopping experience was second to none. Absolutely delightful.
