Very poor communication, we were expecting fully finished doors which did not happen, I appreciate they could not be completed as planned, however we were not informed of issues until day before delivery doors were still damp, very basic service.

sent doors to be stripped. they came back stripped but two panels were split right down the middle, one of the doors only some of the varnish came off and left the door with a mottled effect. one of the mouldings was also missing making the door unusable. the door is 100 years old and i cant get a replacement moulding. the communication is shocking, they have several companys online with diffrent phone numbers glasgow cumbernauld edinburgh etc but you leave a message and the same mobile number phones you back english appears to be a problem and only deal with emails. but 6 emails sent over 2 month period and still no response. they said on the phone the moulding is possibly in the acid bath but dont know when its getting emptied. they also told me it was out for delivery twice then i was told the driver was delayed this was the story prior to the previous to the bath story

Very poor, my doors came back worse than when they were sent, lots of paint still on the doors, panels bevelled and mould spores over the doors. Doors were wet like they had been left outside, doors cannot be used - Avoid this company
