Warning for Ontario residents: False licensing claims and massive contract discrepancies!

Be incredibly careful if you are dealing with ScoobyCash and make sure to read the fine print of your paperwork very carefully!
I uncovered massive contradictions in their loan agreements. In the main text of the contract, it explicitly states the repayment schedule is set for fixed "monthly installments." However, on the actual payment schedule, they switch it up entirely and start debiting your bank account "every two weeks."
Secretly changing the payment cadence from monthly to bi-weekly completely alters how often money is pulled and heavily spikes the total volume extracted from your bank account.

To make matters worse, their website explicitly claims they are a direct lender "provincially licensed" in Ontario and 8 other provinces. However, when you cross-reference this against the official Government of Ontario Payday Loan Lender registry, ScoobyCash is completely missing. They do not hold a valid Ontario license to operate, issue credit, or execute collections here. Do not let them rush you into signing anything until you compare their written text against the actual automated debit schedule.
