I found the staff at scl very friendly and helpful they explained everything to me in great detail there polite and very friendly my grandson needed to go to the bathroom one member of staff let me take him to the staff toilets. The quality of the furniture is second to none

Having ordered and paid for delivery based on postcode, they asked for more money to cover delivery to my area. However they then, a little ungracefully based on the internal memo that presumably appeared on my invoice by accident, agreed to honour the delivery rate that was on their website. A couple of weeks after installation one light developed a fault and I returned it. On receiving it they called me and said that it had a blown fuse which wasn't covered by warranty. I said that maybe the blown fuse was caused by a faulty light, but they dismissed this and I couldn't really be bothered to argue. So, £10 or so down for delivery and return I got the light back, still with the same blown fuse. This surprised me as the fuse would surely have to be replaced in order to test the unit in any way. Re-fitted the light with a new fuse and sure enough that (and one more) blew straight away. On making contact with the company again they agreed to look at it if I returned it to them. I refused to pay postage for the return given the case history and they promised to send a courier to collect. I haven't heard from them since and really can't be bothered to argue the case any further given their attitude. We're talking about a £20 emergency light as part of a £200 order here. I really have given them the benefit of the by not leaving this review earlier, and I would still be prepared to add a note to it if they would just be realistic and send out a new light. Other than that I will not waste any more time on this.
