Shipment didn’t arrive
Hey
I didnt get my delivery eventually
I ordered it on the 30th of August knowing its a 7 day shipment. It was only expected to arrive on the 10th and i have already left my hotel. Know im in in the last day in italy hoping
It will arive to the second hotel after changing the pickup location but it seems it wont be there.
I would like to have some help, the shipping company isnt responding.

I assume my order was correct, it has been in the past.
Evri are the weak link as my order never arrived so I had to ask for a refund from SiS. It is unfair to give SiS 1 star for this but hopefully anyone reading this will consider a different delivery option as the cheapest is not always the best.
Again apologies for the review but I think Evri need to be dropped as you courier.

Good product but issue with order processing
I've been using SiS for a while now and can't fault the products but on this occasion there were delays with the order being received despite paying for next day delivery.
After placing the order, there was no updates on my order for a couple of days until I contacted customer services. Customer services were great, quickly responding and apologised, and advised that there had been a backlog but it was due to be dispatched that day. The item was dispatched that day and received the following day and the product met my expectations.
My only complaint is that they didn't provide an update to say order was delayed and I had to chase for updates.

Always liked SIS stuff, feel like I can train a bit easier knowing my fueling is sorted. For reference I do middle distance triathlons.

I have not even received my order
I have not even received my order. It has been listed as 'EXP exported' for over a week, which I am told means the warehouse is still preparing it. I reached out to the SIS customer service team, and helpfully they were able to raise the order at thewarehouse so it is now being delivered. They also threw in a second shaker for free, as they one I had ordered was out of stock. I wait to see if they will be delivered now.
