not a real trader no customer service
Returned shoes at £7 cost as shoes incorrect( Birkenstock). No reply to my contact and I feel they have taken my money and run. Currently pursuing. DO NOT BUY FROM !!!

No customer service at all
I bought some leather sandals which I knew was with an antique look. But when I received the sandals one sandal were discolored and on one strap the leather was not in a good shape. I send them back and asked for a new pair (and had to pay the shipping) and then I received the exact same pair as before. I wrote the customer service, but was told that the sandals where a new pair, now we have been emailing back and forth, but they wont send me a new pair or pay the shipping... Never buy anything from this company!

ORDERED SHOES FROM SHOE GRESS, THRU AMAZON.COM, THE ONLY THING I RECEIVED WAS EXCUSES WHY I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE SHOES THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD, MANY HORROR STORIES ON AMAZON.COM OF EXPERIENCE SIMILIAR TO MINE OR BEING SENT DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS, BUYERS BEWARE OF THESE DECEPTIVE THIEVES

Ordered Birkenstock sandals through Amazon. They claimed they shipped shoes in August 2014. Gave me a bogus tracking number. Charged my credit card. Still have not received sandals and it is late October 2014. Contacted company,but have not heard back from them. I can get a refund from Amazon, but it will take some time as they also have to wait for company to respond. Do not order from this company. I have found out there are many complaints against this company in Amazon regarding the same issue of non delivery of products.
