As a loyal customer ( over 4 years) today ,27 October at 16.30 I was really disappointed about the service there. Very unfriendly, arrogant young lady who treat the customers like they are not welcome! It's a shame ,I liked this place but not anymore!
Their discount codes are just clickbaits. They never work! So I consider their e-mails as harassment and I would not recommend them as a legit shop.
I emailed them, no answer. And there are lots of same bad experience in the other reviews too.
They sent me a newsletter campaign with a voucher code of 20%. There was no exclusion on the code. However when I tried to redeem the code on Rituals items, it failed. I contacted customer service. After 3 reminders without even going into the complaint, sent me a 15 percent voucher. (thats not working on Rituals either).
I suggest - dont deal with them
That was my second order. Had no problem with first and this one. All good! Thanks a lot
