I ordered 3 x Pairs of Grey School…
I ordered 3 x Pairs of Grey School Trousers and when they arrived 1 x Pair of the Trousers were totally different colour to the other two and the colour they described was totally different. I returned the 3 x Pairs and was told that the Postage would be credited as a goodwill gesture, however, I have received the refund for the trousers but not the Postage. It's nearly been 2 months backwards and forwards contacting and still no sign of the Postage Refund. Otherwise good quality trousers and fairly priced. Just don't be surprised if you have to chase for a refund if you return items.

Not hassle-free returns as stated on website!
Do not order from this site unless you’re sure on style and sizing. It is not ‘hassle-free’ returns as stated. Paid a hefty delivery charge and there’s no free returns. Therefore I have lost £10 per order I have placed. Will shopping elsewhere in future.

While we do ask customers to cover the cost of returning items, we believe this is the fairest approach, as it means that only those who need to return pay for it, rather than as many websites do adding this cost of ‘free returns’ into the price of every product.
To help customers choose the right size, we provide detailed measuring guides on our website, along with a free tape measure to make finding the perfect fit as easy as possible. We also offer a 30-day returns window if something isn’t right, and all our products come with a 12-month quality guarantee for peace of mind.
We also understand that getting the right size first time is important, which is why our expert team is available by phone on 01432 34 35 32, Monday to Friday. This level of personal service is rare these days, with most websites only offering chatbots, and many of our customers love being able to speak to a real person for advice before ordering.
We also offer free delivery on orders over £70, which might help reduce costs. If you’d like any guidance on sizing or styles, our friendly team is always happy to assist.

I am delighted to recommend School Uniform Shop as a supplier. This past year I moved my children away from a Prep School and into a State School. This meant that I was no longer tied to a Preferred Supplier offering regulation, logo-branded uniforms. School Uniform Shop has made the transition for our family so easy and pleasant! I can buy the usual high quality pieces of uniform and then buy iron-on badges from my children's school office. I've bought multiple pairs of leather school shoes for boys and girls from here - the quality is really high and they polish beautifully. after being told I had a 14 week wait for a 'bigger than stock blazer' to be ordered from my uniform shop, I found these online by pure chance, they had the exact purple that our blazers are and I received before the week even ended... the customer support was second to none and nothing seemed too much trouble, I will never use our local and apparently ONLY supplier again... David Luke Eco Senior Boys' Regular Fit Flat Front Trousers - Charcoal
I recently ordered a pair of boys’ school trousers for my son from the Uniform Shop, and while the first pair I received was too big and not the style I was expecting, the customer service experience made all the difference. The representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the return process in a quick and easy way. She explained everything I needed to do, and the return was handled swiftly. They promptly sent out the replacement pair in the correct style, and I was pleasantly surprised that there were no extra postage charges.
As for the trousers themselves, they’re excellent quality—much better than many other brands I’ve tried. They fit perfectly, and I’m very pleased with how they look and feel. I’ll definitely be ordering more from the Uniform Shop in the future. Highly recommend!
