I did eventually get an email from your colleague Luke telling me to have patience, but when I then emailed to ask for a further update, I never got a response at all. Phone lines still don’t work.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of school shorts (cost £36 which is expensive) for my little boy who has just started school and they never arrived. I called the customer service line but you just an automated voiceover saying lines are open 9.30-4.30 but no one actually answers the phone. I also emailed but never got a response. I’m very disappointed. Please don’t use this website or waste your money.

Ordered from here last minute as I couldn't find what I needed in the shops. The description and delivery were absolutely fantastic. Will be shopping here again next time I need clothes for my son.

Ordered uniform from the school uniform shop website last week for daughter going back to school. I bought David Luke products which I have always found to be best and this site gives good value for this brand. They arrived the next day delivery as promised. I’ve ordering my childrens schoolwear from this Uniform Shop last year and gave them another try and I’m pleased to say it was another good experience. The quality is excellent so things last as long as they fit. Fast arrival, and a return that was needed was perfectly easy. Customer service when I’ve been in touch was great and professional. I can recommend these guys.

I ordered 2 skirts and they only sent one. I have sent emails which nobody responds to and attempted calling but nobody answers. Worst customer service I have ever experienced

Very easy to use website, speedy delivery. Despite only being 13 our daughter is in a 16/17 yr old shirt and it was great to find ones that fit, sizes are accurate and the quality is far superior to most. Will definitely be reordering when the time comes.

I've just bought my son two pairs of the slim leg trousers(waist size/leg length)for work. I know they are very good quality because I've bought them before and thats why I've bought them again.The last two pairs he's had lasted over 2yrs plus he had some before which lasted the same length of time. They wash really well too and are a very good price. My son struggles to get trousers to fit because he's tall and thin but these are perfect and he's happy.

Really easy to use website. really good that the skirts come in different lengths. I ordered a girls skirt but when it came it was a bit tight so I filled in the returns form and asked for an exchange to a bigger size and sent it back. About a week later the larger sized was delivered. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use them.

I have been ordering my daughters school skirts from the School Uniform Shop for a couple of years now. The quality is so good that the skirts last the whole year. Delivery is fast and returns have been so easy thanks to the helpful staff. I highly recommend.

The clothes are very well made and packaged, The material is also very soft.

Was told that the product I wanted was not being sold so agreed to get an alternative which took forever to come and wasn’t the right style or size. Promptly returned it and was not refunded for the initial standard delivery payment or the product returned.

Bought school shorts for my grandson age 13, my daughter had found difficulty getting bigger size boys shorts (waist 30in). Excellent quality shorts with adjustable waistband, reasonably priced £17, in comparison to mens shorts ( which this waist falls into).
Arrived quickly day after ordered.
