My children love to play with the Schleich animals and creatures. Unfortunately one piece was missing in the last present my son was given. The Schleich customer service was very helpful, replaced the missing part and added a little surprise. Thanks a lot to the team!!!

Quick solution for small defect
Small defect in a new Set. Got a free package with replacement parts and a small present. All went really fast and communication was good. Child is happy, so am i.

We had damage to the rotor of the helicopter, which I reported to Schleich. The message came back immediately that I would receive a new rotor free of charge.
The entire communication up to delivery was just great.

Broken saddle, quickly replaced
I reached out to customer service since the strap of a saddle ripped off during playtime, making the saddle pretty useless. Got an answer within 24 hours and a free very good replacement within a few days. Absolutely stellar!

Friendly and helpful service
Friendly and helpful service. They even replaced a broken part, for which they held no fault, for free and with no shipping charges as a gesture of goodwill. It took a few days to get the ticket processed but nothing out of the ordinary.
