My children love to play with the Schleich animals and creatures. Unfortunately one piece was missing in the last present my son was given. The Schleich customer service was very helpful, replaced the missing part and added a little surprise. Thanks a lot to the team!!!

Quick solution for small defect
Small defect in a new Set. Got a free package with replacement parts and a small present. All went really fast and communication was good. Child is happy, so am i.

My son loves the animals and also the Eldrador world! A few days back he unfortunately broke a part of the ice fortress. The customer Service was super helpfull and Nice and sent as the broken Part including a little surprise for my son 😃

Great support and fast help
I just want to say thank you. We lost a piece of the Schleich house while moving and kindly asked them if they could help out . They immediately replied and send us the missing piece for free and also a nice gift. This was such a great support that we didn’t expect . Many thanks for the fast help.

Schleich HORSE CLUB repair part problem solved
Thank you for dealing with our problem quickly and easily. Due to a packaging error we didn't have a special part of our pony farm. After a simple query to the support the replacement parts were sent to us at no additional cost.

We had damage to the rotor of the helicopter, which I reported to Schleich. The message came back immediately that I would receive a new rotor free of charge.
The entire communication up to delivery was just great.
In the same way, you want a supplier-customer relationship. Just keep it up and you'll have satisfied customers.

Broken saddle, quickly replaced
I reached out to customer service since the strap of a saddle ripped off during playtime, making the saddle pretty useless. Got an answer within 24 hours and a free very good replacement within a few days. Absolutely stellar!

Friendly and helpful service
Friendly and helpful service. They even replaced a broken part, for which they held no fault, for free and with no shipping charges as a gesture of goodwill. It took a few days to get the ticket processed but nothing out of the ordinary.

We have a lot of figures from Schleich and are very satisfied. Every now and then it happens that the animals do not survive the daily play in one piece. I have had to deal with the costumer service many times and a solution has always been found quickly and easily. thank you very much for that
