Unusual urn but quite perfect
The bamboo urn is perfect for my mother’s ashes as her casket was also bamboo and I know she would have loved them both ♥️

Ceremony at Sea
I ordered a Water Journey Urn, it was delivered swiftly and very well packaged, the urn itself was made from beautiful material, the colour I chose was perfect. We scattered my father's ashes at sea, on a cruise on our way into Valletta Malta in a beautiful ceremony on P&O Azura. Everything was wonderful. My daughter transferred the ashes into the urn and said it was very simple. We are all very satisfied and happy that we chose to buy from this company.

Excellent service, thoughtful and highly recommended
From the start, I found the Scattering Ashes website was full of useful information. When I contacted them in person, I found them very helpful and understanding. They swiftly arranged the despatch of some pillow water urns, which arrived next day, in time for us to take away to our chosen location.
In the end, we decided against a water location for the ashes. Again, Scattering Ashes were extremely helpful in organising a return and refund for the unused water urns.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their service and would certainly use them again in future. Thank you for making something so difficult much easier.

Great customer service
I used scattering ashes to help get in touch with a local boat captain to allow us to scatter my Mum's ashes. They helped in getting in contact, which we then arranged with the boat captain.
As part of this we also bought a water urn, which has to be the best thing ever as it allows for no flying ashes if it is slightly windy as everything is contained and biodegradable in the urn.
The urns were dispatched and delivered quickly.
The water urn was really nicely made.
We also ordered another urn but due to a mistake on our side it was the wrong urn, scattering ashes kindly provided a refund after we returned the urn with no fuss. This care is what is needed in this type of business so can only recommend them highly. Thank you Richard, Karen and Helen

Scattering Ashes were a funeral director's suggestion.
Scattering Ashes were a funeral director's suggestion, who had taken care of both mother and father's funerals, as we wanted to give them a send off from the sea off Brighton.
Choosing the cushion/urn was a simple process, although I found the description of urn slightly confusing as I imagined something like a vase shape.
I was advise of a delivery date period and it arrived on time. I'd requested an inscription which was faithfully reproduced.

Memorial glass Robin
Absolutely stunning glass Robin with my mum's ashes incorporated into the Robin. Wonderful service from start to finish, very professional, caring and understanding. When received, the presentation box it arrived in with an authentication certificate made it that much more special, it's the little touches like that that make it extra special and why I absolutely recommend this small family business if you want a more personal service.
