Scala Provides The Best HUMAN Support
I would strongly recommend ScalaHosting to almost anyone needing a hosting provider. In this day and age of every single hosting company prioritizing AI support agents that probably cost more to run than hiring and training humans, Scala is a shining beacon of incredible HUMAN support agents who actually understand and know how to help you.
I had an issue that I probably would've spent 30 minutes trying to explain to an AI on another hosting provider while waiting for an actual human who would probably also copy paste responses from another AI anyway (true story).
A Scalahosting support agent solved the issue for me within 5 minutes max, and even went above and beyond by recommending and implementing a better practice for site security before I even had a chance to ask for it.
There is no other hosting provider I trust as much as Scalahosting. The only thing I miss is Litespeed servers on shared hosting plans, but once they implement that, and if they keep to their current standard of stellar Human support, I will almost certainly never recommend another shared/WP hosting company to anyone again.

Just signed up with Scala Hosting
Just signed up with Scala Hosting. I've had an extensive Pre-Sales Chat and two Support Chats so far. Their techs quickly answered questions and troubleshot a glitch.
Scala Hosting's custom Spanel Control Panel has ins and outs but I like it so far. Need to practice to learn it. They also offer cPanel but Spanel has far better features.
My sites aren't up and tested yet. I chose Scala based on their reputation among technical people (e.g. Online Media Masters website). My plan is to resell their VPS Hosting. Automatic happiness on sign-up!

I really enjoy working with the support/service people via chat, they are always friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and patient. Most issues I have are solved in one interaction and often if I come back with more questions, I will get the same person which is cool. :) Definitely always a pleasurable experience, even if what I'm dealing with isn't. I had a serious issue with my WooCommerce site where the server load kept spiking, pages were slowing down, and I was even getting database connection errors during traffic bursts. It was directly impacting orders and revenue.
Tony Nachev from Scala Hosting stepped in and handled everything professionally from start to finish. He quickly identified that the issue wasn’t just server load, but a combination of aggressive bot traffic and missing object caching. He took immediate action by blocking harmful bot requests, stabilizing the server, and guiding the proper setup so the system load dropped back to healthy levels.
On top of that, he helped ensure object caching was properly configured, which significantly improved overall performance and reduced database strain.

I've worked with other posting companies from probably 2004. While those companies were decent and helped when they could they were nothing compared to Scala. They go above and beyond when I mean they go be up and beyond They do things they don't have to do that they could charge you for they could simply say no and point you in the direction of someone that'll charge you something for it. You get a VPS For personal use for resale use there is no other virtual private network that I would recommend. Have a grace period in case you fall short due to unforeseen circumstances for your payment. No place else Get yourself a server today Have them host your websites website shopping cart or whatever it may be. Let's talk about uptime I've never had a down time with the several years I've been a client. I've never been hacked my page has never been wiped out. It's just overall really a safe place and a help place for those novices or even intermediates that can't exactly navigate their way through the complex ins and outs of server management highly recommended.
