I am very disappointed with SBOBET. I completed my KYC verification properly, but they claimed I have another account and told me to choose one — even though I only have one account, and this is my first time using their site.

Every time I request a withdrawal, it gets rejected without any valid reason. Their customer support is unhelpful and keeps repeating the same excuse.

Then they use real phone number tied to an actual building under another name they got from another city. Its a mix fraud to throw you off and underneath everything is not a Christian church, but an India and Philippines based credit card scam operation within SBOBET which in ANY entirety is illegal.

This company and its teams are criminal, I made a deposit of 40 EUR after been told by their verification team that unverified users has deposit and withdrawal limit up to 3000 EUR. Also really hard to discuss with customer support as they have a chat, but response from there is pretty much always to send an email to support. Sending emails and proving identity again there is a pain in the ass.

Horrendous, avoid like the plague.. when I provided my proof of identity and address I kept getting requests for more and more information ( some of which I had already provided). Acct was validated only when I requested to make a complaint as I was suspicious of identity fraud ( who requests a selfie, all pages in your bank statement etc). On validation I immediately withdrew my balance and selected the close my acct option. A week later and I receive an email saying the amount I withdrew has been returned to them and they want to know if my visa acct has restrictions on receiving payments ( it hasn’t!) unbelievable but not unexpected.
