the cost increased a lot for a webhost, i asked if there was an alternative way to manage email only from a webhost situation. they forced my subscription to premium email even i told them just leave it is how it is! MANY TIMES.
As they cannot read what the email context is.
Called them by phone as well but customer support is bad and asked me if they call back.
how I managed to get here is some other webhosting services quit or bankrupt and they sold their data to this company. though the previous one did not charge an over priced of 200+ each year.
Bad and Sad stay away.
