I ordered their pretty little nail stand set with gold sparkle. Unfortunately one of the 6 pieces arrived broken. After contacting them and providing a photo of what I received, they immediately sent me a whole new set at no charge and it arrived in just a few days. They even shipped it in a large box carefully packed so I didn't have the same problem again.

Their customer service was A+++.

I bought their portable e-drill via Amazon - stopped working within 6 months. Was advised by saviland its was a part of the “bad batch” and they sent me a replacement. The replacement broke within 3 months. And now their customer service team are ignoring me. Absolute scammers!

I bought the builder nail gel 24 piece, absolutely load of rubbish they may aswell sent me clear varnish no colour in the bottle at all looks clear when on nail. I want a refund but don’t know how to get in touch.

The ratings surprised me to be honest. I have been ordering Saviland products via Amazon, I even contacted them about some questions I had prior to ordering, and all of my experiences have been great so far. Both the products (builder gels, kits, lamp) and their customer care experience are good. They reply within hours, politely and helpful. And I find Saviland builder gels super easy and enjoyable to work with. The nails are long lasting, strong and very very easy to build, thanks to the thicker consistency. I love Saviland, and keep ordering their products, I am in love with them tbh.

Purchased a nail polish kit off Amazon, and all the polishes came half-full and thick as glue, among many other issues. It was past the return window when I used it by a few weeks, (didn't expect the issues, so took my time to open it when I actually needed it), and I decided to contact the company instead. Over email, they indeed confirmed that the polishes were defective, but blamed it on me "heavily using" them for the last month, and that I would need a diluent to use them further. Firstly, that was my first time opening the box and they were defective, and secondly, what nail polish expires so terribly in a month? I sent 15 photos of proof, as requested, and they avoided the photos completely and stated I must have misused the polishes repeatedly. They were inconsistent and unprofessional in their responses, and fully refused to assist me.

Scam. Lost 50£ and never got anything...

Terrible experience, they are not capable to deliver to an address in Austria. And now they dont even want to give me refund. SCAM, DONT BUY FROM THEM!

No confirmation email, scam website. I bought the nail gel in Jan, never ever received it until now. I opened the Paypal case and they started to reply me otherwise never ever get any reply from them. Simply took my money away. Buyers aware!!!!!
