Beware of deception!
When browsing the Walmart MarketPlace website, don't be fooled by the appearance of trust conveyed by the Walmart name. Behind this facade often lies a fraudulent and irresponsible entity. I myself fell victim to this deception when ordering a universal stand for my television. Despite the displayed price featuring a $10 discount, the product I received fell far short of my expectations. Not only was the box bent and partially open, but it was also stripped of its essential screws and nuts for installation. Despite my attempts to contact the company through the Walmart MarketPlace website, my calls went unanswered, leaving me in a bind. Forced to act quickly, I had to shell out an additional $11 to acquire the missing parts. This experience opened my eyes: I refuse to be duped again. Don't fall into the trap, don't be the next victims of this insidious scam.

I ordered an Electric Meat Grinder - LIVINGbasics through Wallmart on line. The product was delivered rapidly to my home much faster than expected especially at Xmas time. It was a gift and my friend is delighted with her new meat grinder and find it easy to use.

Total ripp off. Ordered 2 cartridges of Tonar in march 2023. We have 7 of the same printers but we were under contract for supplies for those 7 until feb. 2024. The first cartridge was fine. When I opened the second cartridge the toip of the cartridge was off and had loose springs in the bag. Contacted them and they want pictures. 3 times I sent pictures and every time they said they were to large. nothing but hassle. never returned my phone calls. Then I get a notice that Amazons return policy was 6 months and I was to late. After reading these reveiws I am shocked that Amazon deals with a company like this. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY. DON'T WALK AWAY FRO0M THIS COMPANY-RUN

Horrible, horrible, horrible.....Please be careful when ordering from this company. They do not accept returns very well. They want you to pay for returning the item.

Ordered a baby bathtub, received a baby potty training, asked for an exchange I cannot express my absolute frustration and disappointment with the abysmal service I have received from SaveOnMany regarding my recent order. I placed an order for a Foldable Baby Bathtub Infant Toddler Bath Tub Shower Basin Anti Slip-proof with Baby Cushion (Sales Order ID: 8762393004220, Product ID: 3WHNLNQJ8AAB), but what I received instead was a slap in the face – a completely different item, a 3-in-1 potty training from Living Basics.

Upon reporting this egregious error, SaveOnMany's solution was to inconvenience me further by having me return the wrong item for a refund. Are you kidding me? I was ready to be understanding, but the audacity of SaveOnMany to suggest that I go through the hassle of returning their mistake is beyond infuriating.

To add insult to injury, I checked the Walmart Marketplace, and the very same baby bathtub I ordered is now listed for $10 more as part of an "incredible Black Friday deal." I paid $29.99 just a week ago, and now I'm expected to jump through hoops for a refund and then reorder at a higher price? Absolutely outrageous.

The audacity doesn't end there. SaveOnMany's response was to send me a pre-paid return shipping label, as if that's the solution I was hoping for. Not only do I have to deal with the inconvenience of returning the wrong item, but I also have to navigate a complicated process involving a PDF form, a one-month deadline, and a return address that's apparently a state secret. Bravo, SaveOnMany, for turning a simple order into a bureaucratic nightmare.

Oh, and let's not forget the cherry on top – my baby is due next month, and I urgently need the baby bathtub. But no, SaveOnMany's solution is to offer a convoluted return process instead of ensuring I get the correct item in a timely manner.

I demand a simple resolution: send me the correct item, the Foldable Baby Bathtub, for the same price I paid initially, and do it expediently. I shouldn't have to suffer due to your incompetence and lack of attention to detail.

I implore anyone reading this review to think twice before dealing with SaveOnMany. The level of frustration and disappointment I've experienced is unparalleled. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Ordered an air fryer from this company thru Amazon which would not even turn on when I received it. When the company was contacted they wanted pictures of the air fryer. Advised them it won't even turn on. Long story short shipped back to them . Had to make a claim through Amazon's A to Z guarantee program but they just kept closing my claim. Item ordered in February2023. Now September 29 and still fighting for a refund from Amazon or Saveonmany

They sell on Amazon, but they are not able to deliver it on time.

I get defective product worth $34 dollar and inly offer $4 dollar refund and told me to sell the product to my friend. CS give me 2 stupid solution even low I.Q person will not agree off

A terrible experience. I purchased a defective, poorly made birdbath and repeated emails through Amazon kept asking for more info and photos then only offered me $13 instead of the $39 I paid.

I purchased a slat bed for my son. within 2 months of it being used the slats began to break. It sat in it's box for 10 months and is now out of warranty and they are refusing to do anything about it. HUGE waste of money.

Horrible company. They dont take returns and after my emails and follow up, they say they should deduct $7.00 from refund to cover shipping cost. They have such terrible quality products that I wanted to return it as soon as I opened the box but they say it should also be unopened box. Looks like they only think and care about their own pocket and profit!!

The delivery service is exceptional. Ordered on the 14th of April and received product April 18th. The product is excellent, way beyond my expectations.

Bought as a gift and they wanted to return as they preferred something else, in which I would have repurchased from Walmart. They will not allow you to return to stores as it’s over $150 with no option to return to vender WH. Customer representative from Save on many, suggested reselling or giving away to another friend with a $8 credit. Like really… that’s your best suggestion.Do not buy anything online affiliated with their name seems they have figured out how to scam people by not standing behind their product. This type of service I did not expect attached to the name Walmart where customer satisfaction is supposed to be guaranteed.

I ordered a bathroom mirror through walmart. When I opened it after pickup it was broken. After a couple of calls and e-mails I received a replacement, this time conveniently delivered to my door.

I ordered a heating pad for a family member and the item came, but was previously used and did not work. Even though they sent me a previously used item and it was not functioning, they charged me 10$ processing fee for returning the item.

Worst products. Do not by anything from Saveonmany. They have marketplace on Bestbuy and other sites too. but their products are not pathetic. I ordered changing table from the, spent 3 hrs to assemble it and finally gave up. the parts didn't fit in together. I sent the package to them a few days ago and now following up constantly to get my refund. best buy Order #1008049066

Sooo Disappointed with this seller - SaveOnMany.
NEVER NEVER BUY from this seller SaveOnMany. I emailed them asking to cancel my order because I realized, the table is small for a 3 monitors. Their reply? It was shipped, no way to cancel. Just don't accept it so that you won't pay the shipping fee. They didn't even tried to stop the delivery, as it still took few more days before I received the item. The delivery guy just left the item in my door step without even ringing our doorbell. I am now trying to reach out to SaveOnMany customer support for some help, but I kept getting same answer from Fanny. I have to pay the shipping cost. Now I have to suck it up and pay the shipping cost without any help attempt from this seller, SaveOnMany. Buy at your own risk! If there is only option to give NO STAR, I will give NO STAR. I was so disappointed on this! Never again will buy from this seller! and never again will buy from Walmart.ca! I submit a review and guess what I got from Walmart... A $10 off on my next purchase! Ridiculous!!! I posted a review at Walmart site, but they rejected it! Whew!

I order a patio umbrella from Walmart website . Umbrella didn’t work as expected . We call Walmart customer service they contact them neither Walmart neither save on many return the money .
Terrible if you don’t want to loose money don’t order from them neither from Walmart .

I ordered a toner cartridge and received a giant playpen instead. It will cost way to much to send it back so it is for sale. STAY AWAY.
