Save A Train has the best prices and experience for train travelers and we do so, because we believe train travel deserve more than what you can get nowadays.
Ramat-Hasharon, Israel
I wish I could give no stars. I have to laugh about the people complaining about getting too much communication from Save a Train. I would just like some help and customer service from them. I have a voucher from a cancelled trip that has been impossible to use. They don't respond to their "contact us". If they respond to an email, they ask a question and then they may or may not respond with a follow up. The worst customer experience, ever. I have been trying to reach them for five days. I needed tickets for 2 journeys. Their system would not allow me to buy for more than 1 journey in a transaction, and their system would not apply the voucher for a trip that was 1.60 euros less than the voucher. In the meantime, the times I needed for the 2 journeys are no longer available.

i was travelling from howrah to malda,
i get in the train in time , suddenly one bagger came and take my shoe and get off the train in running,
so please donot travell this train 13063
its dangerous
Your website makes it simple to purchase tickets. The train ride was also very scenic.
Same as others have pointed out, this is spam. The latest email to me came from a recently-registered domain of saveatrainblog.com but the "unsubscribe" link goes to saveatrain.com. Like others pointed out, clicking unsubscribe on spam only shows them that the address is valid so they can sell it and you get more spam.

Contacted them more than once to delete my data and remove my email address from their list. Haven't received any answer and still getting spam although I haven't given them my data. Does anybody know a way to proceed against them?
Edit: I emailed you two times (18.10.2021 & 25.10.2021) as you can see from my other review last year
Edit 2: It doesn't show seriousness to call people fake just because you haven't done your research properly. My first name is not in the e-mail address, but of course my full name is in the text of the emails I wrote to you last year in response to your spam.
I contacted you now via your website. So delete my data out of your systems!

Keep on spamming me with updates about their blog. I've never heard of them and certainly didn't sign up for this. Five-star reviews here look highly suspicious tbh
Still spamming me, still posting fake reviews. Nobody should have to unsubscribe because WE DIDN'T SUBSCRIBE TO BEGIN WITH. Just DELETE your mailing list.
Thanks for the response. Really shows you up as the unprofessional shysters we all suspected you were. DELETE YOUR MAILING LIST.

It was fairly simple to use, and we had no trouble finding what we needed. I'd use it again.
I have never used this site or anything like it, yet I get weekly spam which I am unable to get rid of. Unsubscribe function not working and seems to result in more spam from comparable companies.

Endless unsolicited spam to my work email
I never signed up to this nonsense. Stop bombarding people with your spam!
No, it's not "easier to unsubscribe", because I'm not going to click a link in an unsolicited spam email! Basic operational security principle. What's easier is for you to not spam people who haven't signed up to receive your bs. spam emails.
I'm going to encourage everyone to report you to your domain name provider and your hosting provider to try and purge your spam from the internet. There should be consequences for endlessly spamming people.
I cannot put into words just how much I loathe your company, and the dangerous "advice" you leave in response to reviews.
Update: In response to your reply, no, I'm not the same person as before. I'm going on what you've replied to everyone else, which is telling them to click the unsubscribe link in your spam emails.
I never, ever gave you permission to email me in the first place, and seemingly nor have any of the people who've reviewed you on Trustpilot. It's a disgraceful way of marketing.

Because I shouldn't be on their spammy junk mail list in the first place!
Unstoppable spammers on work email. If it was legitimate they woulnd't need to bombard with unsolicited email. They keep finding a way through the spam filters too. That's what's driven me to review them. If you're a genuine company try legitimate marketing instead of wasting everyone's time.

They spam my mailbox without any form of consent from me... I won't click on questionable links to "unsubscribe"
This methods are objectively questionable
Spam emails that keep coming into my inbox even though I have blocked the sender. I never have heard of this website and started receiving emails from them out of nowhere.
Receiving spam which I cannot unsubscribe from. Bottom of the email says it's coming from Israel.
Spam, spam, spam, 50 in one day, its more like a plot from black adder than a serious business. Now set up a rule to auto delete them.
Spamming my works email account. And again, and again. Cannot unsubscribe. Scam company which appears to have an address in Israel. I've never had any contact with this company previously and don't want to. Several other sites warn of scams associated with this site. Beware!
Spamming my workmail, I am not able to unsubscribe from the newsletter. Terrible and useless spam.
Spammers.
They use the AWS SES service. I forwarded multiple times their newsletter to email-abuse AT amazon.com , to no avail. Maybe if more people do that, Amazon will actually do something - make sure to include the full headers if you do.
And to their reply "Wasn't it easier to unsubscribe?": Easier, yes. Correct, no. As others have pointed out, never reply to spam.
Anyway, flattered that I got an answer.
