I'v got the package very late. It is one week after my order.
But saturn didn't give any info about the delivery.
I was very exhausted to wait, so I wrote e-mail to them
and after that they finally sent me answer "That is delivered to Packet center."
They should have updated delivery status to me. If I didn't wrote e-mail, then I would not get that my order still. Schade.

I received everything. It was in the mailbox of the building.

Friendly salesman and good price!

I was there in Hamburg in Mönkeberg straße. I brought my mobile to check do I need new charger. Worker over there tool my phone and said that it will cost me 15 euros. I asked him how long it will take. By the time I asked the question, he was finished with his work and gave me bill to pay. I never said yes to it. I was shocked. I went and complained to the manager, but she also told me that I have to pay. I payed the bill and took my mobile back. It is very sad that so something like this happens in so big company like Saturn

Herr werth was very rude and kept ignoring when asked for help. Might not like people with non white skin color.

The online chatting with customers care is good option for who can’t speak German

I’m not satisfied because you did many delivery to my place and I have to go to pick up my package.
If it wasn’t posible once to make the delivery, the delivery company should insist in another moment. I paid for that service

100% SCAM.

basically, the installation charge is a scam. when the "technicians" arrive they will pretend you need a random item. in my case, it was an extension hose. this is an item that costs 10 euros, but they charged me 70 for it and refused to install the machine unless i paid them in cash.

this happened in addition to them getting my address wrong and not delivering my item on the original day (i checked my receipt and the address was correct). the delivery guy refused the answer any questions and hung up. when i called the store they insisted
i would have to call beko (washing machine company) this makes absolutely no sense since i ordered off the saturn website. the man on the phone refused to put me in touch with someone higher up who could help and then hung up on me. literally the worst service i have had in additon to being a total scam.

iPhone 13

I was waiting to save money and buy an iPhone so I would not feel left out from updated technology and I found my favorite titan from SATURN Dusseldorf branch. And of courses the price was affordable

I had to goto DHL shop to collect it which was almost three KM from my home!!! Sad part is I paid 5 euro as delivery charge!! What is the meaning of delivery charge, when I had to go and collect it myself?

TLDR: ordered articles that continue to be advertised as "available online" but saturn wont ship them to me and cancelled my order instead.

I have ordered 4 articles from the online-store as presents before christmas which were all marked as "shipping in the next 2-3 days".

Christmas has passed and the articles didnt arrive yet - fine for me, I can wait a bit longer.

After 2 weeks I was contacted that 3 of the articles are no longer available to ship and I can get a refund, however when I looked at the online store 2 of them showed up as "available online".
I asked about this and was simply told that they are not available. I asked if they would arrive if I ordered them from the website again but didnt receive a reply to that question.

I was asked if I want a refund for 3 of the articles but
before I could reply, my order was already cancelled.
I also checked that day and all 4 of the articles were marked "available online" but for a higher price than I had ordered them for initially.

I still havent got another reply from customer service, I dont know why Saturn advertises articles as being available, when they are supposedly not. This can maybe happen for a few days during christmas, but not for several weeks.
My personal theory is, that Saturn is simply advertising lots of articles as being available for SEO and better Google results. First really disappointing experience with Saturn and will avoid them for the future

Update: Got contacted by saturn via mail where they basically said "sorry, this happens sometimes" and nothing else. Everything in my review still stands, I think this is super sketchy and won't be ordering there this christmas.

Saturn is stealing money from customers.
Saturn has not refunded me, after more than 2 months for a product that was not delivered.
I ordered two items, and I canceled one of them, so the delivery was canceled. This was early November. Up to this date, I haven't received a refund from Saturn (amount of more than 1000 EUR), and I have been calling them many times. And it's always "it's not me, it's my colleagues", „the item didn’t reach the storage (after more than 2 months!!! and as if it’s my problem since i never received it)“, and still nothing...
Every time I called, I was promised it would be solved within the day ( just to get rid of me) and then literally nothing happened (called at least 5 times, and have no idea what else to do).
cannot believe! this is a robbery.
Will never order from there again, and, to save your nerves and money, I advise, go somewhere else. Ebay is much more credible and easy to buy from!

The post packet was torn apart on one side. The AirPods box inside was dirty. The delivery guy gave the packet in such a way that I cannot see that.
