Sehr unzufrieden

Ordered a brand new washing maschine - turned out it's broken and is leaking water. I've been calling for a week for somebody to show up and pick up the machine - no help and no info. Absolutely horrible costumer service.

Probably the only upside compared to…

Probably the only upside compared to other online shops is that you can check the product in the shop, but online ordering is just a mess in some cases with really bad and not-interested customer service, especially considering the rather high prices.

I have ordered 2 sd cards from a…

I have ordered 2 sd cards from a promotion on 02/07/2019. Both cards were and still are in stock in the store. I ordered online so I can pick-up from the specific store that has stock of the cards. I still wait for the pick-up e-mail.
How is it possible to need 3 days to get an item that it IS in stock at a specific store. Maybe the promotion was too good and Saturn doesn't want to fulfill it.
On the other hand, customer service is fast and polite but does not actually solve the problem. This is the 3rd time that this happens to me, waiting 3+ days to pick-up a product that it is in stock.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Saturn for online orders.
My order number is 66681086.

Edit: Due to a great employee at Citypark Graz my problem was resolved immediately and I got my order. I change my rating just because of that one employee. I still believe that the pick-up system, for articles that are in store, should be changed.

Waited more than 30 days for a online…

Waited more than 30 days for a online order , that was green and should have been delivered within 3-5 days.
I went there personally and wrote a complaint on their Contact Form.
They even sent me a message that the "order is being prepared for shipping" (A lie and here is why)
They constantly lied about the information up until I called the support line, where they told me nobody inquired about the whereabouts of my product (To the Manufacturer or Dispatcher) , Then I asked if there were any messages from the shop where I order it (Since I saw their system, they have all your related complaints linked to your account) There was none thou.

I had to cancel my order because it would take another 2 weeks for it to get here, since after the call and another complaint, I finally got the answer from them that The Manufacturer is sending it on the 12th witch is 2 weeks + away.... They pretended like its out of the ordinary, when in fact they always order stuff from there, I worked there shortly, so they just lie.

Terrible service and very unhelpful, cost me time and money, if they just inured the manufacturer on the bulk dispatch dates or told me it would be delay at least a month, I would order it from amazon. No, they lied to get their money.

SO I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS, All because of their ORDER TIMES, HELP DESK, STAFF AND HONESTY IS 0

Saturn - Our Mistake, Your Problem

Ordered article worth € 1.000+. Provided correct delivery address information. They provided the shipping company with incorrect delivery address information. Immediately informed them and requested correction. They replied changes to the order data weren't possible anymore and sent me a shipment tracking link showing the article had been handed over to the shipping company. Explained I didn't want any changes, just for them to fix their mistake.
