I went to the gym to do my running training, and I was removed in a very rude and unpolite manner from the treadmill becouse there was group training. I was not informed or advised about running class. Apart from having to stop my regular training, the manner used to stop me was totally unacceptable.
Male locker room: quite a few lockers very dirty. I even found rotten food in one of the lockers. Clear indication that hygiene is not a priority.
Sats personnel should remind customers that, after the training, it’s good practice and sign of respect to clean and disinfect the equipment that has been used. Fortunately, most of the customers are very responsible. Sats policy is not the same.
Customer service: I have been waiting for the email with the signed agreement and the contract with Terms & Conditions for 3 months.
I can’t wait to complete the contract period and move to another gym.
I went to another Sats gym today (25 January 26) and, on the positive side, I found that all treadmills have a clear label indicating when they are reserved for group class. Simple and professional solution; I am wondering why, being so simple, it’s not adopted in all Sats gyms.
On the negative side, hygiene in the male looker rooms is again bad. I have taken pictures of some lockers where I saw, dirt, left papers, empty bottles, smelling dirty gym clothes. Clear indication that lockers are not inspected and cleaned.

The Sats gym where I was badly and rudely treated and with looker hygienic issues is in Stavanger Stadion Parken. It’s a shame because it’s a very spacious gym with a lot of potential. Unfortunate it’s run by personnel whose priorities are different than Sats images and Sats customers satisfaction.

With regards of signed contract not being provided, I physically signed the agreement at Sats Stavanger Stadion Parken. I was informed that the copy would have been sent via email as Sats policy.
I would like to remind you that in a signed agreement/contract that involves financial transaction (e.g. monthly gym fee), all parties are legally entitled to have the copy of the signed agreement inclusive of all Terms & Conditions. The governing party (e.g. Sats) shall send copy to all relevant parties included in the signed agreement.
I don’t understand why I should spend my time contacting customer service to request something that I am legally entitled to receive.
If you don’t have my contact information, please reply to this message and I will provide you with the required data. As such the customer service can complete the process.

Bad experience with Sats Vestkanten: several treadmills in bad condition, almost dangerous as some buttons do not work (speed). Even if reported northing happens.

I am very impressed with the customer service at SAT's. I'm often left unimpressed with customer service in general in Norway but any time I have any queries, or questions that require quick solutions, the SAT's team are very polite, efficient, provide you solutions and respond quickly.
I feel at my local gym (SATs Herbarium, Stavanger) - this feels the same way. Good and quick customer service and a lot of attention towards the members.

Nice senters but very sad customer service I have paid 2 years and they don’t want to help me in though situation I have going on with doctor and been paying them support meber for 3 months now and the last bill I did not receive at email nor in my bank id and got rents, they where not helpful, the bill did straight to rents I got no notice, also

The only person who was able to help me after several weeks of emails and follow up was someone called Jenny. THANK YOU JENNY
Aside from her, the customer service was awful, seemed like an impossible task, something as simple as giving me a receipt showing the org number or VAT number so i could deliver it to my employer as a company expense.

Not knowing Norwegian is not an excuse, and they will not refund any part, and charge you an additional month. In all, good gym but never go into a binding agreement with them unless you are aware of the rather convenient (for them) payment terms.

Came do my running training today and was removed from running track becouse it was some group training?!. Is this how you treat your clients? Get ekstra room then for group training sessions!!!
Or ekstra tracks for people who have they routins so people will not be surprised next time!!!!
If i am a customer at this gym i should be able to come train whenever i will and train what i will. And now i need to sitt and wait when more prioritaized people with the ticket will finish there training and start mine from the beginning.

Difficult to get electronic invoices, difficult to leave Sats, difficult to manage your childs membership. They will NEVER make an exception for you even though they are a big company and should value customers. Advice to SATS - It is better to make an exception than lose a customer!!!!!!!! Sats I want you to pay return my last payment of kr. 487,20.

I have been a committed member of SATS for over 3 years. On one occasion I had to fly out of the country due to a personal family situation, so I requested them to freeze my membership for one month. However, the customer service person was so rigid and extremely non-cooperative that she wouldn't agree to freeze my membership only because it had gone one day past the due date. I was shocked at their greed. They want to suck every penny out of you. Would not recommend anyone to join this gym. Fresh Fitness is a far better and cheaper option.
