Received a completely broken and used TV
Bought a new 49" Toshiba TV from them via Check24. Received a TV with a completely broken screen and many traces of being a used product. Even the screws and remote control were together without any protection.
I'm glad I paid through Paypal and got my money back after many days, after having to carry it to the post office to send it back.
It was a terrible experience and I received no apologies from any parties. No way to trust a company like this.
