I loved this brand and ordered a few thousand dollars of items in preorders and never received them. The owner stopped answering and never sent anything and did not refund either. I sent hundreds of emails with no response. So upsetting as i loved this brand. I have no idea what happened and heard many people had the same issue.
Once a reputable Aussie brand, I pre-ordered clothing items from Sarsparilly in January 2023. There was a sale advertised before they would go on a business break and the items would arrive right on time for their rebranding (I know... it sounds sketchy, but it was initially a very legit brand!). As expected, I received an email 12 months later informing clients that the first batch of items had arrived (unfortunately, it didn't include my stuff). However, my items would arrive within a month or two later, right on time for their relaunch in January 2024. Since then, I have emailed and followed up on my order and they have gone radio silent. Nobody is replying to any of my messages and I am still owed a large sum of money.
