This company is a joke. Customer service isn’t great, they say 100% money back guarantee. Which is a lie they don’t give you your taxes or if you paid for shipping to get the product you don’t get that money back either. They also stated I would get my refund after providing proof that I have sent it back. I provided the proof and was told I would have to wait until they actually receive the item when they receive the item. I still had to email them again to let them know it been delivered. The pillow was shit. It was made of cheap material and made my neck pain worse. I would not recommend this company to anyone nor this pillow.

I ordered an Accura Diabetic meter and received after much chasing an Aximeter, which is useless to me. You do not answer your emails and requests for information. I have demanded a refund, but you have ignored me. Your service is appalling, and I believe you are A SCAMMER.

I have sent email messages to Sarivena but been receiving automotic replies that the tickets have been rasied.I ordered 5 blood sugar monitors but received for blood ogygen only. Not exactly the same with that they have adverised. I paid around $110 and I need a refund. The video ad is still showing at facebook.

This is a scam company and the item you receive is not the item you ordered and paid for. Avoid at all costs.

So I am going to send them a Romanian gypsy curse in about a week.
