Absolutely appalling customer service, they avoided my emails once items were delivered because they are being told items were not as described. Latika from customer services just ignored my messages via whats app and on email even after she admitted the lengha was not advertised correctly. Tried contacting them via Facebook and Instagram as well. AVOID AVOID AVOID or order at your own risk

We received our custom made lehengas in about 4 weeks and they look beautiful! Fitting is amazing! Great quality! Thank you so much! We will definitely be placing more orders in the future.

Very cheap replicas. I bought 1 outfit to try it out and see the quality before I bought more. It was £25 but came up to £42 with taxes and delivery.

Seriously, don’t bother. The fabric was miles off and scratchy, it was see though, the cut out on the sleeves looked like they’d just been cut without thinking of the shoulder and how it would look(which was different from the pic), the trousers were baggy and bulky and not the cigarette type in the picture.

I wish I could post a picture so you could see the clear difference. Literally looked like the cheapest replica you could have possibly made and they tried to tell me it was the same outfit.

I needed an outfit for my cousins wedding last year & left very little time in order to do so! The customer service I received was none other than excellent! Constant communication over on Fb Messenger as well as WhatsApp - the suit arrived a good few days before the Mehndi & was beautiful!!! Just as shown on the internet & for such a great price as well!! For the UK, they are the best for online retail!!!

I was guaranteed that my suit would arrive in time & it did!! The fitting is spot on - so please ensure you give the correct measurements!!!

I ordered 4 dresses price and stitching was good however the sleeves came
Without lining the image had lining I did say exactly the same. I also asked if theres any extra charges apart from shipping and stitching they said no before I placed the however there is custom duty and tax that is not included it does not mention anywhere on website it is quite a lot from my point of view they should add custom and tax on the order it saves the hassle paying twice

that is quite a lot when it adds up best to order bundle than few if you want the worth of your money. I was unaware and didn’t respond back to FedEx now I have to pay to debt collector.

Awful stitching, not per measurements at all now being completely ignored.

I ordered from Australia and had a very pleasant experience. I was able to communicate via Whatsapp with the business and received the packages quite quickly (2.5weeks including Stitching time). I ordered two outfits and both were great in terms of quality as well as the stitching size. The blouse of one of the outfits and the lengha bottom on the other was slightly loose but overall was extremely happy with the outfits. There is also a great guide for providing stitching measurements on the website which was very detailed and clear. Prices are also very reasonable. Looking forward to ordering again.

We got our order on time and everything is perfect and exactly what we wanted! During the order placement they were super helpful and replied immediately on WhatsApp.

I ordered a cream suit, it arrived on time but was beige. Stitching was to the correct size but the gathering on the gharara was not enough therefore looks awful. The sequin pattern is completely different, the kameez has no border, the dupatta does not match picture either. Will not be ordering from here again. Entire suit looks cheap for i paid alot of money for. Website does not publish any negative reviews either. Extremely disappointed !

Have not received my order yet. Very unproffesional. I was told that I will receive my order within 7 days but It has been ages and I have not received anything yet. No update on my order at all. I feel like I lost my money. So damn frustrating

I sent my measurements for a particular outfit that I really loved on the website. Although a little late in coming, when I actually received my outfit I so thrilled! The picture actually did not do it justice. The craft, skill and patience it must have taken to make this amazing dress is so evident and it is a perfect fit. Thank you so much. I usually don’t write reviews but I had to share my experience because i was blown away with the quality products and services I received from saree palace team. People are very responsive to requests and for the first time I went for blouse stitching which was on point even though everything was online. If you’re outside India and looking to buy something online, I would recommend trying Saree Palace for sure :)

I purchased all of my wedding outfits through Saree Palace and was not disappointed. I was nervous to shop online at first but it was a great experience. Even through COVID they managed to get all deliveries to me in time for my wedding. Their customer service was super friendly and responsive and they also seem like they have really good quality practices which I was happy with.
