Always slightly cautious in ordering more expensive items online, however from initial contact with Sarah Hickey to receiving the final item, have to share that service was exceptional, communications great and most important of all, the final ring was of very high quality and much appreciated by the recipient for her birthday. Could only recommend this jeweler to future buyers. Thank you.

We ordered two wedding rings. The brides ring was the incorrect finish initially, so had to be sent back.
I would say for rings don't order online. Especially important ones like wedding bands. Despite sending an email with clear photos of the sapphire stones in my engagement ring to match for the sapphire in the wedding band, the stone colour/shade used in my wedding band didn't match in the end. The sapphire shades don't match which was a shame... I don't think this would have happened if you'd been able to go into the shop. Sadly we were too far away to visit the shop and did it all online. The rings are nice, however.
