Order drlivered within a reasonable…time. Incorrect post code given to driver by company though my detail given was correct. Typographical mistake.

Other competitors poor. No delivery updates, No response to email. Incorrect delivery post code given to the delivery agent. This caused considerable stress and was unacceptable.

With regards to the postcode issue, the process of the shipping address being passed to our courier is fully automated. The address communicated to DPD is passed to them exactly as it is written by the customer.
I'm not sure how this mix up could've happened but please do drop us an email at sales@continofoods.com if you wish us to investigate further to ensure this mix up does not happen again!
