Very disappointed with Santa Cruz’s customer and warranty service. I’ve been waiting and getting mixed answers for something as simple as a replacement part for my e-bike. The communication between Santa Cruz and the dealer has been confusing, and no one seems to take responsibility. For a premium brand, this should be an easy process, but it has been frustrating and poorly handled.
I bought a Santa Cruz Blur bike a number of years ago and this thing has been nothing but trouble. Had it in the shop almost annually for one thing after another. Front fork, pivot bearings, constant squeaks and groans. This this is a nightmare and I have regretted this purchase for sometime. If you are going to spend this kind of money on a bike it should be an amazing ride for a very long time. I've contacted Santa Cruz and not heard anything back.
I absolutely love my Santa Cruz Bronson C best bike I’ve ever owned and top quality parts.
Everything just feels so nice and just works in every possible way.
These bikes are phenomenal and that’s all I can say.
I have been riding Santa cruz bikes since 2010, I started on the Santa cruz VP Free and continued with V10, Nomad and Megatower. I have never come across a brand that makes such excellent bikes and has such amazing customer service. Yes, the bikes are slightly more expensive, but in the long run they are cheaper because they last much longer.
I’m a huge fan of their bikes I went from a cheap brand of mountain bikes to a Santa Cruz heckler. What a difference such a nice smooth ride I love it so much I upgraded to a Santa Cruz high tower. I will continue to buy and ride Santa Cruz bikes
Sent them an e mail asking for some info on a 10 year old frame, they replied same day.
SRAM: Take note
I buy a megatower 2021 for almost 7500€ after few months of use the paint from the BB fell off , the SC LOGO on the fork area list also the paint, contact the Italian importator and they told me that there’s no possibility to have a repair or a new frame from santacruz, after this i directly contact santacruz and they on 1 December 2021 told me that they change the frame, after almost 10 months there isn’t news for the new frame, there’s also a broken reserve wheels from 3/4 week with an open warranty claim but also for the wheels there’s no possibilities to have them. Next time stay away from Santa Cruz cause their life time warranty is fake
Warranty claim number 664783015
P.S. also the derailleur hanger are out of stock, and I’ve to ride with a longer bike that I don’t like
I had nomad v4 for few years, in february 21 I have broked my frame. Till now 21.7.2022 I wait for full replacement. More than 1.5year... lifetime warranty they said... anyway bike is awesome, but that warranty... ehm
Cracked frame and no equivalent spare parts available. The warranty and crash replacement is a lie.
I bought a Santa Cruz Blur bike a few years ago now and have been riding it with no issues until now.Unfortunately the frame cracked the other day and can’t be repaired. I contacted the Santa Cruz Warranty department because the frame has a lifetime warranty but they haven’t got back to me which I was very surprised about being such a good brand.Hopefully they will contact me soon and supply the part I need to get my bike back on the trails, until then no rides for me which is why I’m giving them such a poor review.
I and others in Denmark are experiencing a lot of problems with getting our bikes services. I will not go into the details here, but just say that I wrote Santa Cruz about this issue as it relates heavily to their customer experience, but still no answer. I love my Santa Cruz, but I am very disappointed with customer support and cannot recommend buying a Santa Cruz bike if you live in Denmark. Cheers Thomas
Great place for all of your biking accessories. Helpful staff that's not just trying to make a commission. HUGE assortment of items and all very high quality. Highly Recommended. Kimmy Rogers, San Jose, CA
