Disappointing quality and zero customer support

I recently purchased two containers with AISI 316 lever spigots, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the company’s lack of response.

Any water that sits in the spigot (even for a few hours) develops an intense and unpleasant metallic taste. This makes the first glass of the day undrinkable. I have tried everything to solve it: cleaning with soap, citric acid, and baking soda, but the problem persists. It is clearly a quality/material issue with the spigot itself.

Worse than the product defect is the total lack of customer service. I sent a detailed email with my invoice and technical observations, and I have received no response at all. Buying "Made in Italy" stainless steel should guarantee quality and professional support, but so far, I have received neither.
