Delt with Liam, came down on bus and he picked up my wife and I. The Subaru Outback was exactly as described and all requirements met. Liam knew all about the car spent time explaining it's operation in detail. We drove up to Huntly and were very impressed with this very overlooked car, not all cars are built this way.

Feel its relative to leave a review for these guys as I bought my vehicle from another Isuzu dealership recently but when I had a problem arise very soon after they advised that they couldn’t get me booked in for at least two months and that I should just go to S&S as they were nearer to my home location anyway, not a good attitude but the team at S and S got me booked in straight away and today got my problem sorted and even managed to do it under warranty - first class service and I know where I will be purchasing my next Isuzu.

Good service, booked my car in, was offered a courtesy car whilst mine was being serviced, vehicle was even washed when i returned to collect. Very professional.

I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE!!!
I had agreed to by a car and this was confirmed with a hand shake over 4 weeks ago and NAZ the owner was supposed to get the Air con fixed due to it being broken, we asked if he would do it and he said yes. I was told lie after lie and that the car had an Oil Leak and that it was going to another garage to get fixed! I had to constantly get in contact with them for updates as I was told I would be kept in the loop and I would be kept up to date! I was told on 4 occasions the car would be ready to then be let down the day before! I had sold my car and couldn’t give it to the person due to waiting to get my new one ‘which I was clearly never getting’ . I was told last Friday the car was going to this other garage and only today when I got back in contact with them I was told the car is no longer being sold due to the “oil leak” which I now know is a lie as the DVLA has confirmed to me that there is now a private reg on the car. So if you go to this garage stay away or approach with caution as you could end up disappointed like me.

Excellent family business, great service, the team looked after me and helped with my purchase. Very pleased with my purchase and the car was presented extremely well - 5 out of 5 will definitely be back for my next car!

Used cars delivered with no service history, only one key, no parcel shelf, broken and totally unroadworthy. Total headache to deal with and service really poor. Shame as they used to be good but they are delivering cars that are not fit for the road and they just hope you accept the cost to put them right. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

An original family business, great to deal with, helped me out when I needed my vehicle serviced at short notice.

Used to be good, awful now. Avoid at all costs. Other Subaru dealers are far better and genuinely care. Now just another typical dealer - all about getting your cash. Cutting corners and costs and very poor customer service post sale.

Great service over the phone, took my injectors to them, they were tested and 2 failed at max power. New ordered, arrived the next morning, I fitted them and the van is better than its ever been. Polite, accurate and friendly, highly recommended

Bought a second hand Subaru from S and S Services, it later was found to have a fault. Brian Spicer replaced parts and fixed the problem at no charge and without question. Very unusual for the car industry! Thank you very much. John
