Excellent service

Excellent service . Lovely nighties - can’t find them in the stores long with straps ! Wash well very long lasting - pretty satin - very good quick service & delivery. Have bought a few over the last few years !

Zero customer service 🙁

Tried to make a return, but with an enquiry. Sent an e-mail. Received no reply whatsoever. Left with an unusable garment. Unlikely to use them again because of their non-existent customer service.
A real shame, because the first time I used them they quickly fulfilled my order, and I was happy with the product.

Waste of postage

Ordered 2 bras from a brand i use and purchase regularly however i was sent 2 much cheaper quality bras that i didnt want and had to pay to return them when they werent what i ordered very disappointing £ 8.00 wasted in postage for nothing sorry but wont be ordering anymore
