I received my order a few weeks after ordering due to the Christmas break, which is fine and was fully explained at checkout, but when it did arrive one of the items wasn't the right colour (I ordered the white but received the deep pink). I contacted customer services who offered to exchange the item but I decided I didn't want to wait any longer as it's difficult for me to get to a post office so I kept the dark pink, which is also very pretty.
The quality is really very good and I feel the nightdresses are excellent value for money. Apart from the colour mishap my experience has been a happy one and I will certainly order again.

This is the style of nightdress I have been looking for my 92 year old mother. The quality of the nightdress is good and feels lovely and soft. Mum hasn't received this yet so I can't comment any further.
