We are very pleased with the Encinitas location. Several times we had to provide storage for a client and we are always treated with courtesy and respect. The facilities are immaculate and easily accessible. Delighted there is a place for storage of this caliber nearby.

Friendly folks and great security. I tailgated into the facility without entering my code and the alarm sounded immediately after I opened my unit. The gate got shutdown and no one could enter or leave until I was verified.

This is my first experience getting a storage unit and it was superb! First with Cecilia on the phone and second with George in the office. George was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave me a tour of the facility, took me to my storage unit and gave me a rundown of the whole place. It was overall a great experience!

Silverhawk Self Storage is by far the best storage facility to keep your things safe and in good condition! First, we had purchased a 5x4 to store some of our moving boxes, but ended up needed a lot more room then we had thought so we went to the office. The manager (I think), was so helpful and was able to get us a much bigger space to store our things with no problem at all! Would definitely recommend to friends and family who live in the Murrieta area to store there things here! Thank you Silverhawk Self Storage!!

We had such a pleasant experience at Silverhawk Self Storage. Beth was very helpful when reserving our unit, and Cristhian the manager was extremely attentive, knowledgable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We are very happy to know our belongings are being stored at a professional, secure, and clean facility.

So far, so good. Early rental and move-in were easy. It's easy to get in and out of this facility. The only thing that has made me wonder is that the units are open-air at about the 10 ft mark. Not a terrible concern, but realistically someone could throw stuff into the unit.
