First rate service!

Kind, courteous and very efficient.

I purchased a hand-crafted Catherwood guitar from Sandarac. The guitar is in beautiful condition (complete with complimentary set of strings), the communications from the company were open, direct and helpful, and the DHL delivery service chosen by the company was fast and efficient.

Overall a first rate experience - very many thanks!

Great things do come in small packages!

I came across this company at LAGS and, unlike many of the traders there, found I could try a number of the guitars on show with no pressure to buy. This is a bona fide company (rather than one man knocking them out from his garden shed or a bloke with a warehouse full of Chinese imports) with a showroom on the Essex/Suffolk border which I arranged to visit a couple of weeks after the show.

I was given a free rein of which instruments to try, and as much time as I wanted to play the various guitars in stock, plus loads of expert advice in terms of the right type to consider for the style I play... not to mention a steady supply of decent coffee! With no pressure to buy, I found myself falling in love with one of the Dupont range of guitars and by the end of the afternoon had decided to purchase it. I was then given - note given, not asked to buy! - a bespoke hard leather case to go with the guitar.

I heartily recommend anyone looking for a guitar (or other wooden stringed instrument, as this isn't all they do) to look these guys up either at a show or at their showroom. They can certainly teach the bigger boys a thing or two about customer service
