Well structured, fast-paced, high-energy and great for building momentum! The coaching from Maria was amazing, and having mentoring on tap throughout the week was invaluable. Knowing there was always someone available to challenge us, answer questions and provide guidance helped build confidence and kept us moving forward at pace.

I just completed the brrr financial freedom challenge, and it has put my property journey onto a whole new trajectory. I am grateful to the coaches, shout out to Kris who was very knowledgeable and supportive throughout. He encouraged me to push myself outside of my comfort zone which led to multiple leads and hopefully the sale of a deal and a potential PLO for a HMO. Great course, highly recommend.

I think you need to be around good people to take anything in, the famous saying ‘you are who you are around’. I’ve learned so much, couldnt of asked for a better coach, ive seen Jag on social media but never virtually met him until Tuesday, now I feel like ive known him for years, what a great guy with so much knowledge!!!

I have just completed Samuel Leeds BRR financial freedom challenge with Kris as my coach. Kris has been very supportive and a fountain of knowledge he’s happy to jump on a call and message at any time throughout the week to answer any questions and offer advise. Even joining some of his group at a networking event in the evening. The week has pushed me out of my comfort zone and given me drive to scale my business to the next level. The academy is more than a training programme every member is so welcoming and supportive in helping achieve your goals.

Kris is an amazing coach. Motivating in his own way. Definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone. Was always checking on our progress. I enjoyed my FFC with Kris

This week, I took part in the Buy, Refurbish, Refinance, Rent (BRRR) Financial Freedom Challenge, and I can honestly say it is a programme I would highly recommend to anyone interested in building a property business.
The challenge was intense and demanding over four days, but it was also incredibly enjoyable and rewarding. It pushed me outside my comfort zone and encouraged me to take action rather than just learn theory.
A big shout-out to our coach, Jag Khalsa, for his support and encouragement throughout the challenge. One thing I particularly enjoyed was how he constantly challenged us to do things we wouldn’t normally do. For example, while I was waiting for an estate agent at a property viewing, instead of simply standing around, he gave me another task: record a selfie video about what I had seen, post it on social media, and tag him. Not only did he repost it, but it also turned what could have been wasted time into an opportunity to provide value to people following my journey online.
It was a simple but effective idea that made the waiting time productive and helped me build confidence in sharing my experiences publicly.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend the BRRR Financial Freedom Challenge to anyone looking to develop their property knowledge, take action, and grow their business.

I have just completed the BRR Challenge through the Samuel Leeds Academy, and I wanted to specifically recognise Kris Culley, who was our mentor throughout the week.

Kris was outstanding from start to finish. His knowledge of property investing, deal analysis, refurbishment costs, due diligence, and investor thinking was evident in every session. More importantly, he was approachable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping people succeed.

What impressed me most was that he didn’t simply provide answers. He challenged us to think like investors, ask better questions, analyse deals properly, and focus on the numbers rather than emotion. His feedback was practical, honest, and based on real-world experience.

The challenge itself pushed me to take more action in a single week than many aspiring investors take in months. I viewed properties, spoke with estate agents, analysed deals, expanded my network, and gained a much clearer understanding of what makes a genuine BRR opportunity work.

A huge thank you to Kris for his support, encouragement, and expertise throughout the challenge, and to the Samuel Leeds Academy team for creating a programme that focuses on action rather than theory.

I would highly recommend the BRR Challenge to anyone serious about learning property investment and developing the confidence to take meaningful action.

This is not the fist Serviced Accomodation course i have done from a reputable company but Samuel Leeds Academy is in a league of its own. For three years despite paying for courses I did not feel supported and did not have strength to even enter an agency for rent to rent!, being in SLAcademy for 6weeks I have already had 6 viewing and landlords offering a rent to rent opportunity but ofcourse due delligence on them enabled me to make informed comfortable decisions. I feel supported and not alone in this, Samuel explains everything in detail and you can feel the expertise in what he says. There is so much opportunity to understand as well as connect at all levels in the academy. I believe and what am getting is priceless . i am confident to take on business now. Had the most amazing experience on the 4 day FFC challenge. The challenges were structured and practical which meant the ability to implement and horn in on those vital skills. Our coach Izabella was amazing and supported and encouraged us all in all the challenges. Great meeting and connecting with amazing people on our group. Lastly, we love Samuel's energy and enthusiasm - very contagious :-) which I'll hold forever!!!

This Financial Freedom Challenge week has been the most productive and rewarding stage of my property journey so far. The training was excellent, and the mentorship provided throughout the programme was outstanding.

Kris was incredibly supportive, always willing to help, explain concepts clearly, and provide encouragement whenever needed. I am leaving the FFC with greater knowledge, increased confidence, and renewed energy to move forward and achieve my goals.

I have recently completed the four-day Financial Freedom Challenge with the Samuel Leeds Academy and can honestly say it has been one of the most valuable and enjoyable learning experiences I have undertaken.

A special mention must go to our mentor, Izabela, whose knowledge, encouragement and support throughout the challenge were exceptional. She created an environment that was both motivating and supportive, encouraging everyone to step outside their comfort zones whilst providing the guidance needed to succeed. Her passion, energy and belief in the participants made a real difference.

The challenge was incredibly practical and focused on taking action. Over the four days I found myself speaking with estate agents, arranging viewings, analysing properties, building a pipeline of opportunities, networking and developing the confidence to apply what I had learned in real-world situations.

One of the biggest takeaways for me was the importance of building relationships. Meeting estate agents face-to-face, sharing my vision, discussing opportunities and learning how to communicate effectively within the industry demonstrated just how powerful genuine human connection can be.

I also thoroughly enjoyed working alongside like-minded individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. The atmosphere throughout the challenge was positive, encouraging and collaborative, with everyone supporting one another and sharing knowledge and experiences.

What impressed me most was how much my confidence and understanding developed in such a short period of time. The challenge accelerated my learning and gave me the opportunity to put theory into practice immediately.

I leave feeling motivated, inspired and excited about the future. I am incredibly grateful to Izabela, the Samuel Leeds Academy team and all those I met during the challenge. It was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone serious about developing their knowledge, confidence and skills within property.

I've always enjoyed the content from this academy, so the FFC challenge was no different, and I always enjoy a challenge!! I love learning through interaction, so I was glad to be part of the breakout rooms, where I met other like-minded investors. The only feedback I would give is that if it could be 5 days instead of 4, it would give us time to secure more viewings. Overall, I'm ready to challenge myself to do more than I did before the FFC!
