OS Update completely killed my evening

Samsung TV kept interrupting my viewing to ask if I wanted to upgrade my OS "for a better experience" , which I didn't. Finally I gave in just so it stopped asking me, and I told it to update while it was off.

Except it didn't wait until it was off, it just suddenly shut itself down and started updating whike I was in the middle of one of the best episodes of TV I've ever watched, Severance on the Apple TV app. The update took almost 15 minutes to complete, completely interrupting the flow of the episode, but then after the TV finally restarted, the Apple TV app completely stopped working! So not only was the update a horrible interruption, it was a complete disaster which is now preventing me for hours afterwards from accessing the one app I want to use! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Apple TV app, still nothing. Tried resetting the Smart Hub, still nothing. What a horrendous update! And in general this whole One UI is awful, so slow and full of unnecessary things, not user friendly at all. Samsung TVs were so great when they used Android, what happened?? Why develop this awful OS instead?

S25 Ultra

I ordered an S25 Ultra after seeing the trade-in bonus offer. It's a great phone so far!
To be honest, I didn't like One UI before, but it's amazing now on the S25! Really smooth!

This is by far the worst phone I’ve…

This is by far the worst phone I’ve ever used. It lags every two seconds, apps crash for no reason, and the battery life is so bad I have to charge it every 30 minutes. The camera? Absolute garbage—it makes 2005 flip phones look like professional DSLRs. And don’t even get me started on the build quality. Dropped it ONCE from knee height, and now it looks like it survived a nuclear explosion. Oh, and the overheating? I’m pretty sure I could fry an egg on this thing. Samsung, you should be ashamed of yourselves. im jk

Good shop but...

I like the Samsung shop it has a nice GUI
and it is very user friendly but I would recommend to add some different payment methods because I am not a fan of paying with Klarna. Klarna delays the payment and it's so extra and other payment methods weren't working for me.

Abysmal! Very bad!!!never again!!

Everytime there must be something bad that happens. I bought stuff with the value of more than 4000€ this year a fridge a tablet and an S24 Ultra. Then I get an email that if I buy a S25 Ultra and pay with PayPal I will get a 100€ discount. For some reason it didn't work! it was a purely technical problem. I had to call paypal who told me just to cancel the order and order it again. then I called Samsung customer service but it was too late at night. Next day, the customer service advised me to wait until I get the phone then and call Samsung and they might refund me with the 100 Euro or maybe less. So that's whatI did but they didn't refund me! the customer service this time was very bad and he told me to "return phone if I don't like it!" And since I have bad a very bad experience in returning stuff I didn't. Samsung was supposed to collect a huge flat TV screen that I was returning and it took them 2 years to do so! I live in a small place with no basement! and this huge TV box was sitting there in my living room for 2 years and no one collected it even though I sent them many emails. Yet after 2 Years they sent me a bill and told me I didn't pay for the TV! Then I showed them emails evidence so they finally took it back after 2 full years!!!!! The delivery is always horrible! I paid extra money so that the fridge gets installed and they take the packaging and the old fridge. What they did is they just threw the huuuuuge fridge in the room didn't turn it on didn't check it and did not take the packaging!! So I had to lift the big heavy fridge by myself and turn it on and then throw away the packaging which took me multiple visits to the trash bin. It doesn't end up there, when I got the S25Ultra I took the day off so I can receive it. The DHL guy rang the bell I answered opened the front door and waited for him Infront of my house. The guy, though I talked to him and told him to come inside the building and up the stairs, just left! So I started calling him from the balcony he just ignored my calls! I had to follow him, running , 2 blocks and then waited 30 minutes in freezing cold weather to get my phone!!! Not only that! He was complaining about me!!! Then 3 more people arrived running after him since he just rings the bell and leaves the place without delivering. It is always a horrible experience I always feel tricked with fake discounts and then the delivery and/or return is always horrible l , the customer service is bad. I had better treatment when buying a Xiaomi for 150 euros! And here I am buying stuff worth 4000 euros from Samsung and having to go through all of this and be treated like trash!

Phone arrived quickly but had to cancel Galaxy Book5 order

My phone arrived quickly and the trade-in deal was good. HOWEVER, I later tried to order a Galaxy Book5 Pro and I was sorely disappointed to see that I could not specify a preferred keyboard layout. I'm an Australian in Germany, so my preference is the ANSI layout. For your reference, I was able to order a MacBook Pro from Apple's German website and select ANSI as the keyboard layout.

Keine ehrliche Hilfe

1.Handy eingeschickt nur zum Folie tauschen (Z Fold -grosses Display). Da es versichert war mit Samsung care, haben die gleich das ganze Gehäuse (keine Ahnung was sonst noch) getauscht.
2. nach der Gehäusetauschaktion tauchten irgendwann Pixelfehler auf - Gerät eingeschickt - ist angeblich ein äußerer Schaden (gerät kurz vor dem Einsenden runtergefallen -pixelfehler war schon vorher) schuld. Wurde kostenpflichtig repariert.
3.Das ersetze Display fällt wieder aus (ein Zitat von der Samsung WebSeite:"Zusätzlich geben wir auf die Originalersatzteile, die bei der Reparatur zum Einsatz kamen, ein volles Jahr Garantie").
-das Gerät ist außerhalb der Garantie aber das selbst bezahlte Display ist noch kein Jahr alt
-man kann nur noch eine Reparatur mit Vorauskasse buchen.
Samsung lässt einen da eiskalt im Regen stehen.
Die Reparaturcenter wollen Umsatz generieren, aber nichts machen ohne Kohle.

1st cell phone sent in just to replace the foil (Z Fold - large display). Since it was insured with Samsung care, they immediately replaced the entire case (no idea what else).
2. after the case replacement, pixel errors appeared at some point - device sent in - allegedly due to external damage (device dropped shortly before sending in - pixel error was already there). Was repaired for a fee.
3. the replaced display fails again (a quote from the Samsung website: “In addition, we give a full year's warranty on the original spare parts used in the repair”).
-the device is out of warranty but the display I paid for myself is not yet a year old
-You can only book a repair with prepayment.
Samsung leaves you out in the cold.
The repair centers want to generate sales, but do nothing without money.

The online shop is super

The online shop is super. Really good offers and super-fast delivery. But if you have problems with a product, the support is really bad. Pretty much useless, and it's ruining the good shop experience.
