I called them as they are local and they said 40 mins. When I called back they said they’d been trying to reach me but my phone was off. Complete nonsense of course. No missed calls either. It transpired the engineer had a flat tyre and wouldn’t be coming at all. Useless service
When I rang I was told it would be less than 30 minutes and £69…. And the website says no hidden charges.
Eventually someone arrived after 1h 15m and then added a £35 emergency callout fee.
promised would be an hour, took two and half with poor communication from them, Finally Daniel arrived (after I had actually cancelled) but I'm pleased he did. Spent over 30 minutes removing the lock barrel from my garage (I had already drilled the lock to no avail). Got me in and charged me only £59, couldn't replace lock as electric garage repair also needed and will include the lock, so on price I doubt he will be beaten. Overall happy.
