Feels Like a Scam – Demanded Bank Wire or Zelle Payment
BUYER BEWARE! This company raised multiple red flags. After placing my order, they contacted me claiming it was marked as “high risk,” canceled my Amex payment, and asked me to resend payment via bank wire or Zelle—both methods that offer no buyer protection and are commonly used by scammers. I’ve never had a legitimate online retailer request payment this way. Proceed with extreme caution—this feels very suspicious and untrustworthy.

We’re sorry for the worry this caused—being asked about wire or Zelle can certainly feel unsettling. Our fraud-prevention system flagged your order as high risk, and per our security policy we’re unable to accept a credit card in those cases. The AMEX authorization was voided and a full refund was issued immediately; no funds were kept. We don’t require wire or Zelle—on rare, flagged orders they’re offered as optional alternatives after additional review, but we completely understand if you prefer not to use them. We’ve been trusted since 2007, with thousands of positive reviews, and we’re authorized retailers for the brands we carry (which manufacturers can confirm).

I'm in Canada I ordered the DHEA supplement. It arrived in approximately 10-12 business days. No issues, no customs and on top of that the price was awesome! Will certainly order again. 👍

Top marks for communication, happy customer
When I placed the order for 4 bottles of minerals, customer svc let me know only 3 of 4 were in stock and what did I want to do. I asked for the same minerals in the smaller size to make up for that which was not available (with no additional charge). The agreement was made and I just received the shipment now.. earlier than expected. Communication was clear and I appreciated being asked how I wanted to handle it.
Also..the minerals are clearly marked with the expiration date, etc..which had been an issue before. They also weren't short-dated, which had been an issue in a prior order as well. Looks like everyone is happily on the same page :D
