Great customer service

I ordered some spare parts for an old goal that was broken when one of my kids hit a ball really hard into it.

To cut a long story short it turned out they didn’t sell the part I needed (it was a very old goal) but Geoff in the warehouse very kindly custom-made one for me.

This shows real care for the customer as well as showing they’re not just a box shifter who can’t handle more complex problems.

They seem totally dedicated to customer service and given my experience I would highly recommend them to anyone else.
