A lot of communication and a few emails sent by mistake but otherwise OK. The phone is perfect!

Very happy with the service and goods bought from Salgsbutikken. The product was at a very good price, was well packed and delivered immediately by mail with an SMS message alerting me .

Bought the product on a Wednesday and received the following Friday. The price was also very good.

I ordered a Sony mobile phone on Monday afternoon and it was delivered on Tuesday morning next day! It's a good service.

I received my order in perfect state, within the stated time. No problems at all and I will shop here again.

Good prices and super fast delivery. What can be better! I ordered my item at 16 o'clock and received it the next day in the morning.

Ordered black they send withe ... Call them and send back product ... One week waiting for black tablet ... They did not send it ... Call them 6 times in one day ... Finally answered phone said to me that they going in Holliday and I should order from other shop because they not gone send me anything :)) ...

Everything as advertised, delivery on time. I'm very happy with the service.

I simply wanted to cancel an order made for a smartphone which normally should be a simple procedure, but not with this shop.

I had to send a couple of emails and call dozens of times just to make sure I receive an answer. While I received an answer after few days on my last email, they did not answered any phone calls. So do not bother to call - they will probably not answer and even hangup your call.

Therefore I will not buy again from this little store, and of course I do not recommend this shop.
As a result (& I recommend), I switched to my 'classic' Amazon Germany, which in general items are a cheaper.

*Note for the shop - if you intend to reply to my review with anything else than apologies (which you should have done in the first place), I will change my review to complete negative.

Very happy after talking to the sales support person. I called to check on the status of my order. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service and professionalism of Thomas. I will definitely come back for all my other purchases.

Ordered a phone and received it 5 days later.

Unfortunately, they have not updated their "in stock" status, hence why it took a bit longer.

But, even though it took longer, and they were unable to send me the exact color I wanted, their customer service contacted me with a potential solution.

Was really pleased with the way they handled the situation and I would definitely consider using this shop in the future.

I had ordered xperia z3 compact phone. Got it the very next day of placing the order. Was immensely surprised by such a quick service. Have never received my online purchase so fast. This was super fast.

But having said that, was not glad to see that front screen protector was missing and only back protector was there. I called the shop, not to complain but just to inform and confirm if these are the contents. The owner confirmed that other boxes have two screen protectors. After confirming with his supplier he immediately dispatched a front screen protector the very same day.

I recommend salgbuttikken for online purchases. Super fast service. Very good after sales support. I am happy with the product and their salesmanship.

The product was delivered quickly within 1 day and no complains. Sadly the back button on the mobile didn't light up and now have sent for repair but then that is not Salgsbutikken's fault.
Hopefully their returns is as good as their service. But would definitely recommend to others. Good Job!
