Not worth the wait!
Products themselves are fine, price is okay but wouldn’t choose to shop here again because the DELIVERY TIMES AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE is appalling!!! I emailed customer services 3x times regarding my order, as the shipping information was never updated after I received the shipping confirmation email. My order (2x silver necklaces) took 2 MONTHS to arrive in total with no replies from customer services regarding the status of my order. I dare to think what would’ve happened if the products I’d paid for never arrived and the shocking lack of customer services never got back to me!

I purchased an item and they canceled the sale due to employee error. I received a message stating they have the right to refuse sale. Where do businesses do that at? Customer service is horrible.

Hi,
I bought a chain last year before going away, I loved the look and feel of it, however after getting home and coming down off my holiday high I did notice it had lost its shin and colour, appearing dull in colour rather than the pop of gold I first saw.
It looked great against my skin and any colour T-shirt.
Before I try another brand or buy another one from you guys - is there anything you can do/recommend.
This year my son wants a chain as well 😂
