Very bad service, no responsibility

Very bad service. After making online order from Denmark, after long delay some one called me and informed me they dont have item in stock to ship from Poland! Although at the moment I made online order their web shop showed me item was in stock! Still waiting fore my money back!! I dont suggest it to anyone else to try them.

We apologize for the experience you have had. Unfortunately, we did not have the goods in stock when you placed your order on our web shop. On occasion, we still face delivery delays because of the Covid pandemic. We do our best to plan accordingly. We had the goods back in stock after a week, but you decided to cancel your order, which of course is your right to do. Again, we apologize for not being able to deliver in our standard time, which is 1-3 days. Since your order was never shipped, you were never charged, so there is nothing to reimburse. Despite this experience, we hope you chose to shop with us again.

Good company but terrible customer service

My overall experience with Sahva is good - especially when it comes to the actual work they do. But their customer service is bad and very bureaucratic. In my experience there are so many departments of this big company, that its a complicated process to reach a person that can help you, with very simple questions. I've often been forwarded by the help desk to some person that have just left work and will call back some other day - which may og may not happen. I imagine a smaller company will be more reachable and less complicated in terms of help.
