Scam scam scam scam scam. Stay away. Sa formal is a scam. I ordered 2 dresses that never came and have spent the past few months trying to get the money back. They keep saying they are working on it and that their teams are trying to sort it out. It should not take a few months to get a refund. They are liars and a terrible company. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

The website is a SCAM! DONT BUY there! It looks very glamorous and safe. They have a customersupport team. I never got my order of over 400 dollar. And when I confronted them with this, they offered to cancel it and get my money back. They paid back 1 dollar! Just before the 120 days of the reimbursmentperiod by my banc. Absolute SCAM website! DONT BUY!

Total scam. You’ll never get your dress you’ll never get your refund. Pinterest knows about all of these companies that advertise with them and will not do a damn thing about it. They would rather just collect the advertising dollars. Pinterest does not care about their customers. They even put a lame blue check by scam companies so that verification means absolutely nothing. We need to stand up together against these companies. Write the board of Pinterest. They knowingly let them advertise on their website.

Their website appears legit with fake reviews, but don’t let that disguise you.
They are nothing but scammers. Scammed me out of $290. I have been communicating with the these thieves since Feb 2014. It is now almost Aug 2014. They have sent me 2 fake tracking numbers. I wish I googled them before dealing with them.

I Ordered close to 300$ (2) dresses to the exact.

I placed my order in March 2024 and it is Almost August and I have yet to receive my orders..

All I’ve received from them is LIEs AFTER one LIE..

S/A scams customers. I ordered the Anaconda Jacket in January 2024. After weeks of waiting for delivery and excuses from S/A, I filed a complaint with the BBB. My complaint was accepted but S/A did not respond to the BBB.
I was determined not to allow them to keep $119.99 of my hard-earned money. So, I bombarded them with emails until I finally received a refund in May 2024. I also complained to Google about S/A because they advertise on Google search. Google should not allow its search engine to promote SCAM Companies. If you are a S/A victim, do not give up. Keep emailing your requests for relief. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Contact the search engine and website they advertise on. Get your money back!

"I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Over 3 1/2 months ago, I placed an order that has yet to be shipped. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I received nothing but excuses and delays, with no tracking number or refund provided. The lack of communication and accountability is appalling. This business appears to be a scam operating out of China, taking money without delivering any real service. If I could give zero stars, I would. Please don't waste your money here."

I don’t know if this site is a scam or they are so disorganized that nothing is sent out for months. Both good reasons to not order from them.

THEY ACTUALLY EMAILED "THE BANK WON'T ALLOW THEM TO ISSUE REFUNDS."

I would give a zero if I could. It is a total scam! I ordered something in February and after a month of waiting I emailed support. They advised me that deliveries from China were delayed but not to worry as my items will be delivered soon. After another week or so, still no sign of delivery and the tracking isn’t showing any updates. I contacted them again, and again they advised to wait. After another couple of weeks I complained again and requested a full refund. They apologised and said they would send a replacement. It is now May and I haven’t even received confirmation of dispatch of the replacement. This site is a total scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM SA FORMAL!

Update: After posting this review, I have contacted my bank and informed them of the situation. I had also informed SA Formal that I my bank will be investigating them for fraud. They continued with their generic ‘please be patient, we have escalated to our top tier investigation team’ blah blah blah, from someone in management named ‘Kimberley’. Within a few days I had received a notification from my bank that SA have agreed a refund, and the money was in my account after a couple of days. To anyone else in this situation, you need to contact your bank and let them know that you have paid for an order that has not been fulfilled and the supplier is not providing satisfactory service. Provide details of who you have contacted such as emails/customer service, their responses and a timeline. It may seem long winded but SA are relying on us to not bother and give up. There is a good chance you will get your refund if you report them to your bank.

I wish I had checked here first before ordering from this terrible story. I echo everyone else's experience of never receiving and the "lost in transit" BS story. As soon as I asked for a refund, they stopped all contact. BUYER BEWARE!

They deserve 0 stars !!!! This place is should not be allowed to sell items . It took 3 months to have my items shipped and the when it was “delivered “ because they left it out In an unsecured area in public the items were stolen and they REFUSED to assist me in this matter !!! I will never purchase from them again!!! BYER BEWARE!!!! .

If I could give 0 stars I would! This company is a total scam. Ordered a dress in early January. Still haven’t received it. After contacting them over and over and over they continued to tell me that my item was “lost in transit” but wouldn’t give me a refund. Would only send me a replacement. I’m now on my 3rd replacement “being sent” which I still don’t have after almost 6 months. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

7 weeks in, and still no delivery yet. No word on when I would receive my shipment.

Never got my order and they won’t refund me. Also said they lost my package.

This website is a scam. I never got my dress that I ordered in January. I had to call 20 times over months before anyone answered and they said my package was lost in transit, so they sent me a money order that can only be used for the site, so I ordered another dress in March. Still not received the dress, the tracking website is a joke- it gives you no information, and their phone no longer works- they say to email your requests to their support email, which no one ever responds to.

Do not purchase from this company. Purchased a dress 3 months ago and have not received. I have requested a refund and have not received. It’s a scam.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered 3 dresses, paid over $400 and have only received one of the dresses. Supposedly my first shipment got lost somewhere in China. They wouldn't send another order until it had been 54 days that the package had been in transit. Sent one of the dresses then said the other 2 were out of stock, but offered a coupon. I refused and requested a refund. Finally they agreed to the refund but that was a month ago and I still haven't received it. They claimed one of the dresses were back in stock and has shipped but they won't provide tracking information. Don't waste your money on their products. You probably won't receive anything and you won't get your money back.

That is SCAM, beware, they never sent your order

These people are scam artists. Do NOT buy from them. They are forcing me to take a gift card and keeping my money after being told they ran out of an item I already paid for. I’ve asked for a refund for the dress I paid for, they can’t provide. They will not return my money as I’ve asked multiple times, and as a customer I should be able to have my money as I choose. Not be forced to buy something else. I will never purchase another item again from this company. SCAMMERS
